Several clients connected to LocalConnectionServer

I am trying to use the LocalConnection example application to test a few scenarios for Cocomo, and I am unable to run more than one instance of the client on the same computer. Once the exception occurs, the State of the system as a whole seems to be unstable, and I have to restart the LocalConnectionServer. For more details, he gacks at the start of the second customer with the following exception:

Hi Rick,

From the looks of it, you are compiling against the swc FP10, but have not set your project requires Flash Player 10 - the exception refers to the player internals. If you look at the properties of the project-> the compiler Flex, your "require Flash Player Version" is set to 10.0.0 or higher?

Thank you
Nigel

  • Limits of pix 506 for VPN client connections

Hello. My company is looking to move away from using Microsoft's RRAS to workers to remote VPN connections. We have a 506th Pix currently serving 2 site VPN connections and client connections. Nobody knows what the limit for concurrent client vpn connections on a 506e and if having 10 to 20 clients connected at the same time (on a user base of 100 +) would cause problems. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

There is no license for the number of connections limit, this is more a limitation of resources. Check that the data sheet a 506E can handle 16 MB of 3DES VPN. It's marketing plug so the actual throughput will be lower.

  • PIX: Cisco VPN Client connects but no routing

    Hello

We have a Cisco PIX 515 with software 7.1 (2). He accepts Cisco VPN Client connections with no problems, but no routing does to internal networks directly connected to the PIX. For example, my PC is affected by the IP 172.16.2.57 and then ping does not respond to internal Windows server 172.16.0.12 or trying to RDP. The most irritating thing is that these attempts are recorded in the system log, but always ended with "SYN timeout", as follows:

    2009-01-06 23:23:01 Local4.Info 217.15.42.214% 302013-6-PIX: built 3315917 for incoming TCP connections (172.16.2.57/1283) outside:172.16.2.57/1283 inside: ALAI2 / 3389 (ALAI2/3389)

We tried to activate and deactivate "nat-control", "permit same-security-traffic inter-interface" and "permit same-security-traffic intra-interface", but the results are the same: the VPN connection is successfully established, but remote clients cannot reach the internal servers.

I enclose the training concerned in order to understand the problem:

I join all the details of the cryptographic algorithms because the VPN is successfully completed, as I said at the beginning. In addition, routing tables are irrelevant in my opinion, because the inaccessible hosts are directly connected to the internal LAN of the PIX 515.

  • 867 EasyVPN server: Intermittent client connectivity

I have a rather peculiar question with a particular router, which I use as an EasyVPN server.

Customers have no problem to connect to the router. The Cisco VPN Client connects without problems and without fail every time.

    HOWEVER

This does not mean that the customer can obtain from the server, which is located behind the router, to which they connect.

They might be able to. They might not! It seems to vary randomly. Sometimes the client will connect, and the server will be accessible. Othertimes, the client will connect and it will not.

Now, to do some very preliminary tests, I am STILL able to ping the router LAN interface once the tunnel is up. However, I may or may not be able to ping the server.

Yesterday, for example, the connection came. I was able to ping an IP address on the local network of 192.168.0.9. The router is 192.168.0.15, I have, as mentioned above, ping without problem as well. However, the server, which is 192.168.0.1, was not accessible. After a couple disconnects / reconnect to the VPN client, I could ping 192.168.0.1 (and 192.168.0.15) and if I could get on the server without problem... However, I could no longer ping 192.168.0.9.

It almost feels "subnetty", but there is nothing defined on the router that should cause this problem I can say. Clients receive an IP address in the range of 10.10.10.5 to 10.10.10.15 on a looping with IP 10.10.10.1.

Specific no reason why the pool overlaps the closure? being a virtual interface should not make a difference on where the traffic is sent, the EFC plays sometimes strange games.

If it's not too much to ask, you can disable this loopack?

  • ORA-12518: TNS:listener could not hand off client connection

    Hello

I'm getting "ORA-12518: TNS:listener could not hand off client connection" error trying to connect to the "PDB". Here are the details of my env and I do:

    Windows 7

My PC to install Oracle 11 g 2 Client (that's how I got this PC). And I already 11 GR 2 installed Oracle software and a local database that is named "ORCL" (whichdesignates currently the stop).

Yesterday, I installed Oracle 12 c (12.1.0) and created ORCL12C (CBD) and a PDBORCL (PDB). I connected to the PDBORCL as SYS and created user 'SCOTT '.

I am able to connect to ORCL12C (PEH) without any problem (SQL * more and TOAD). I can go to PDBORCL (alter session set container = pdborcl) without problem. But I get the error above (ora-12518 am) when I try to connect to the user 'SCOTT' created in 'PDBORCL' using SQL * more or TOAD. I want to connect to the user SCOTT and create objects in schema SCOTT, etc.. I get the same error, even if I try to connect to the PDB as user SYS (alter session command works fine).

I am new to 12 C. So it is quite possible that I'm doing something fundamentally wrong.

I think you are the problem of configuring the following listener results:

    >

    2. (GLOBAL_DBNAME = PDBORCL)
    3. (SID_NAME = PDBORCL)
    4. (ORACLE_HOME = u01/app/oracle/product/12.1.0/dbhome_1)
    5. )
    6. )

    >

as you can see, you have defined an entry static listener for SID PDBORCL. If I read your message correctly, you are CDB Instance SID is ORCL12C and you're PDB is PDBORCL.

So, in my opinion, as part of the configuration is the problem. PDB is saved as a dynamic Service to the Instance that you added

an entry static listener for a non-existent Instance. And so you're static listener overlaying the APB Service dynamic PDBORCL configuration.

and that is why it does not work.

Look at the output of a registerd APB to a listener success:

    lsnrctl status

    ...

    Service '+ ASM' a 1 instance (s).

Instance '+ ASM' READY State, has 1 operation for this service...

Service 'PDBORCL' has 1 instance (s).

    Hi davidc21010281,

You can try the DC Acrobat Adobe Acrobat download free trial | Acrobat Pro DC. Where you can create a secure PDF file (using Acrobat|) Securing PDF files with passwords) & send them to your customers (send and track online documents |) Tutorials Adobe Acrobat DC), on the other end, customers can download the PDF but they would need the password/certificate in order to open the PDF file.

  • VI Client connections

Can number of concurrent VI client connections there be on VSphere 4.x?

    Thank you

    Prashant

    Hello, Prashant-

It depends on your version of vSphere.  By the maximum of Configuration docs, the maximum rates are:

    vSphere 4.0 with 32-bit vCenter server: 15

    vSphere 4.0 with 64-bit vCenter server: 30

    vSphere 4.1 (vCenter works on 64 - bit): 100

    The docs of Maximums:

    vSphere 4.0: http://www.vmware.com/pdf/vsphere4/r40/vsp_40_config_max.pdf (see page 7)

    vSphere 4.1: http://www.vmware.com/pdf/vsphere4/r41/vsp_41_config_max.pdf (see page 6)

    Enjoy.

  • Configure client connections view

my environment is essentially connected LAN Wyse P20 customer zero.  When you configure the client connections to see that I am currently using the default 'secure connection tunnel.

should I consider that instead use "direct connect"?

    Thanks in advance!

    Cheers.

I don't think it's that much more administrative overhead.  You can change the direct connection and since the LAN environment based so there would probably changes to firewall is necessary.  In anyway, if I'm not mistaken the P20 would directly connect anyway when using PCOIP.

Can you please confirm if your DB is currently running? If Yes, then try alter system set local_listener ='(DESCRIPTION = (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST=klndw01) (PORT = 1523)))

  • Several clients that connect to the same user via the SSL protocol

It's possible? I can't find any documentation about it. Essentially, because of the way our system has been designed, connect us the two our system and our front-end web server to the same processing back-end user. Now, we have an obligation to use PKI/SSL to connect users.

I have experimented with OWM and the TCPS, and was finally able to get a connection between Client1 and the server a user to test called PKI_TEST. The problem is that I get an ORA-28860 error when I try to connect Client2 to the server to the same user. I tried to import the Client2 certificate into server's wallet, but which is perhaps the origin of the problem. So here are my thoughts/questions.

    1. how to import the client certificates in the server with the same CN wallet? Seems to be a 'no', but maybe I am doing something wrong.

    2. can I import certificate user of Client1 Client2 portfolio so Client2 performs authentication by using the same certificate that worked for Client1?

    3. can I copy portfolio of Client1 to Client2 so Client2 uses the same portfolio that has worked for Client1?

    4. can I associate a single user with multiple CNs for the client certificates will be different in the wallet of server?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello

You can just copy the client1 client2 on portfolio, so the client2 can connect / authenticate over SSL to the same DB user.
