  There's no other way to download the full installer. You can download the Combo updates separately.

  I understand that you want to install the app on the Surface RT Heartmath. However, you may not install all the apps on Surface RT by design and you have to go Windows Store and install apps available.

  I am running Vista on a computer HP d4790y core 2 duo.  I have a Linksys router to a gigabit ethernet switch Netgear ethernet connection to my 24 HDDVR of DirecTV.  I use Norton 360 firewall and changed the rules to 'allow' sharing of all media.

  When you use the sharing of Meria, all files and folders are displayed correctly and the music plays correctly.  When you try to view images, all files and folders are displayed correctly, but images displayed in a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in the middle.  All images are in .jpg format.

  Any suggestions?

  I suggest that you try to view pictures using Windows Photo Gallery and check if the problem persists.

  (a) open Photo Gallery of Windows by clicking Start , all programs

  (b) and then clicking Windows Photo Gallery.

  The best way to do it is by going to Options > Advanced Options > Applications.

  Search for Facebook in the list, select it and click and then press menu key.

  You should then have an option to remove the application.

  After having a bad start to my 1st 8310 I flipped to receive another ebay replacement (2nd hand) logo is O2, but it says that it has been unlocked to all networks by 3, I have a vodafone contract sim card - put it in I tried to download blackberry app as it was not preloaded, I went on the site sent me an e-mail link , which didn't work so I went out and bought a USB - downloaded Office softwafe to try to download it this way, I just get a message saying myphone does not - but my last 8310 has! can ayone help me?

  You need to update the operating system on your device.  Follow the instructions (exactly) in the first post of this thread to update your operating system later for the 8310.  This should solve your problem.
