• Shortcut image Preview for windows 7

  Hi guys,.

  I'm very oriented keyboard and I would like to know if anyone knows a way to add a shortcut for 'Preview', that is of course if there is not already one (I have searched/Google but I came empty) here is a picture that shows what I wish I had a shortcut for. I am quite surprised that there is not already one. You get these options when you right-click on an image (jpg, etc.)

  

  I'm not quite sure how to on this subject. I know you can
  1) highlight the file
  (2) press "Shift + F10"
  (3) then "V".
  (4) then "Enter".

  But it is a very long way to do something that I think should be simple enough. On Mac you simply press the space bar, it would be nice if I could have even an easy way to do this on my PC. I note also that the default program for opening images JPEG on my computer (as well as many other computer enthusiast computers) is Photoshop. Change the default program to open .jpeg to Windows Photo Viewer is not an option, but it's a pain to display images in photoshop (it takes more time to load than the preview).

  I also know that I can activate the preview pane, but I'm really looking for a keyboard shortcut (as say windows + p) to see a preview of an image.

  Usually what you have to do is to switch to the file and press the Enter key, and it will be opened in the default program associated with the file type.

  When you use the "Preview in browser" feature (FRP), Dreamweaver checks if you have a 'test' defined server. If you have a 'test' defined for your site server, Dreamweaver attempts to launch the file from the server 'test' instead of the 'Local' copy Dreamweaver never tried to start the 'remote server' file using the file of personal information.

  For Dreamweaver to launch your local file using the file of personal information, please follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Launch Dreamweaver
  2. Go to the menu "Site-> Manage Sites...". "to open the dialog box 'manage the Sites '.

  I'm finishing a tutorial on the use of the application of the area of intervention which is supposed to be the update of Photoshop CC 2014, but it is not available on my version which reports creative cloud is fully updated. I tried to run Photoshop in different modes: painting, photography etcetra. Any ideas please.

  Are you sure you use Photoshop CC 2014 and not Photoshop CC, which is the exact version?

• Overview in AFX - shortcuts for the missing Preview on my laptop

  Hey people,

  I have a question about the new behaviors Overview - focusing particularly on the shortcuts for preview.

  First of all, I was very irritated that my spacear is not working as a preview button. Instead, he was and still is to switch to the hand tool. I have not found that two shortcuts for preview on my MBP modes: numeric keypad point (.) and Option + Numpad dot (.)

  Yo dear community, if anyone has the same problem - the solution is to remove the preference folder user found in the Library/preferences/Adobe/After Effects / 13.x

  I set as my default browser in Safari preferences.
  I click option + F12, but my sound system preferences opens instead of Dreamweaver opening preview in Safari.
  I have Firefox configured as my secondary browser.
  When I click command + F12 it just turns my volume.
  I tried to change my default browser from Firefox, same results.
  In the case where the file has been corrupted, I tried closing Dreamweaver and move my library / preferences Dreamweaver on my desk... That no longer works.
  Any ideas?
  
  BTW, I can get a preview by using the file menu, it is only the shortcuts that do not work.

• Why illustrator is not preview images when you drag?

  Must be the only program on my computer other than indesign that does not allow dragged image previews, including other vector programs. Could be a reason, but none that I can think immediately, is using the user somehow, and we all material capable of it.

  For images, there is an option in the file > Document format...

• 2015 CC customized keyboard shortcuts

  Hello

  I tried CC 2015 and the biggest issue I have so far, is that keyboard shortcuts custom I painstakingly wrote in the document "Adobe After Effects Mac en_US Shortcuts.txt 13.2', located (similar to the CC 2014) in Effects/13.5 Volume/users/user/Library/Preferences/Adobe/After is being written over at Ae launch. So, no more custom shortcuts for me at the moment.

  I'm surprised that there are no recent posts to this topic, so I wonder if I'm the only one with this problem.

  Any ideas why my Ae replaces my updated the document "Adobe After Effects 13.2 Mac Shortcuts.txt en_US. Everything in the modified document is identical to the "Adobe After Effects Mac en_US Shortcuts.txt 13.2" document by default (with the exception of my modifier keys). No error message, just replaced at the launch of the Ae. I tried write protecting her updated "Adobe After Effects Mac en_US Shortcuts.txt 13.2" but who did cause an error of Ae.

  OK, so since no. we have something to offer, I tell myself that I have to spend time on it on my own. Here's what I discovered:

  The new keyboard shortcuts for After Effects, Ae, Creative Cloud 2015 text file is named "Adobe After Effects Mac en_US Shortcuts.txt 13.5" affixed to 2014 is named "Adobe After Effects 13.2 Mac Shortcuts.txt en_US. For the last few updates everything we had to do was rename the previous text with the name of the new text file and replace in the more recent Preferences folder.

  However, it did not work for the most recent update. The old text file header and the text file are exactly the same, so I me assuming that the rest of the text is the same except for a few pieces of text for my personal shortcuts, I changed... But of course it was wrong.

  I did a comparison more near the previous text file and that of CC2015.

  203 - at the line 'major_version' = '80' is now 'major_version' = "85"... That's all. That was what was causing the copy / paste my previous text of shortcuts to be rejected by Ae CC 2015.

  So, I copy and pasted everything after 'major_version' = '85' on line 203... the text file is now is more replaced at EI launches and all my shortcuts work in reality... However, some of the predefined shortcuts that work are now no longer works. This means that Adobe has changed some of the other key basic mapping in 2015 of CC.

  Here are two major changes that I found so far:

  line 402 - "TimePlay' = '(space)' doesn't exist more in 2015 CC and is now at line 405 - 'TimeSpacebarPlay' ="(space),"

  also in the new CC 2015 "Preview" = "(Pad0) (PadInsert)(macControl+0)" is now "PreviewNumpad0" = "(Pad0) (PadInsert)(macControl+0)" on line 437

  These two shortcuts render preview and should not be changed.

  I guess you need to decide if its worth your efforts to go to the text file and just change the keys you want to change, and leave the rest alone. Or, if the doing some precision copy and paste are better. A pain so be it, but its good to know that the mod custom keyboard shortcut doesn't work effectively again.

• Cannot change keyboard shortcuts

  It drives me crazy that Adobe does not use the standard Mac keyboard shortcuts in their applications for Mac.  I finally got pretty annoyed that I went to correct them in Dreamweaver.  I found the place to set shortcuts, but when I try to replace the end key (for end of line) with Cmd + right nothing happens.  If I got a letter, for example, that the key appears, but it does not seem to recognize Cmd + right arrow as a sequence valid.  Before you try to add that I deleted the shortcut Cmd + right which was associated with "right to speak".

  Here is the solution how to work ' Reset/Refresh PC' on Windows 8.1 which is updated for Windows 8.0 operating system.
   
  first is to create a recovery partition (which is I do not know why it is required by Microsoft well in fact, if your goal is to remove everything and start from scratch and need no recovery partition.)

  After that, you will be very well make it into the 'PC Reset/Refresh' or by creating a recovery drive without going through the box grayed out in the process.

• Develop slowly when you change highlights

  I noticed that if I use the highlights slider to reduce the highlights, it completely destroyed Lightroom performance. I applied a "Preset" for all my images to import that (in addition to other things *) defines the highlights at-30, and I discovered that it caused my machine to take more than 5 seconds to swap between the images (clicks completely all 8 cores of this 2.7GHhz i7-6820HK mobile Lenovo P50 (16 GB of Ram, super fast NVMe SSD). However, if I let the highlights slider to zero in on everything, it takes less than a second to navigate between the different images.

  Other notes on my installation and things, I tried:

  2. I tried all different types of previews (including the amendment of the resolution of the previews) (had no effect)

  3. I am running on a screen 1920 x 1200 (if it's just as slow on 1920 x 1080), the latest drivers video.

  4. it runs faster on my station work (3.3 GHz i7 - 5820 K with 32 GB of RAM, all on the SSD), but still slow (3-4 seconds just to go between the images)

  5. sometimes performance will suddenly get stuck being significantly worse (10 seconds to navigate between images), to the point where I need to restart Lightroom to get it up to 'speed up '. This decrease in performance and a drastic worsening random happened through four different machines, I've used Lightroom on (post above work and P50 portable computer a 2012 Macbook Pro and a Dell XPS 15 (i7-6700 and NVMe SSD)).

  6. the files are 42 megapixel Sony A7RII ARW files and 24 megapixels Sony A6300 ARW.

  7. I use Lightroom 6.7 and tried the new "use smart previews instead original for image editing option", but it didn't improve this aspect of the performance.

  8. it's on Windows 7 (although the Dell XPS 15 was running Windows 10 and I felt even more slow)

  To work around it, I changed my workflow so that it is not automatic application setting of highlights, and then once I made all my changes, I select all and apply a preset that has just the adjustment of highlights, but it is quite poor (since I don't see that the output with highlights reduced I do my settings.

  The question is: is it possible to improve Lightroom adjusting highlights? The other top level gross editors (Capture One, DxO just blaze through even when the HDR changes have been made, so it feels like it should be possible).

  * Other things are: bumping exhibition, the whites, the blacks setting curve tone, sharpness, noise reduction and allowing correction of lens profile

  I don't see this on my end.

  With your fast processor and your screen (1920 x 1200) resolution, I suggest to ensure that the GPU acceleration is turned off.

• Cannot import videos in the Lightroom library.

  I have a problem to import video files (.) (MOV), coming from the iPhone in video.

  When I press "import...". "and choose my files (video only 10 sec, 28MB in size), the window of exploitation would freeze for a while, then video preview could not build.

  However, I always press low import, the photo still can import with success, but video cannot, and the task bar would freeze FOREVER.

  Finally, to solve the problem by myself.

  a. force quit Lightroom 5

  b. remove the file and the folder below:

  1 /User/[username]/Library/Preferences/com.adobe.Lightroom5.plist

  2 /users/ [username] / Library/Preferences/Adobe

  c. re-open the 5 Lightroom

  Now, everything's fine.

  The video preview generate well and quickly import.

• Sharpness Nikon/Adobe issues.

  I have a Nikon D800, but its raw files appear strong enough with the Nikon software, but too soft when using Adobe camera raw.

  This does not happen with my Fuji XE-2, which has a smaller sensor, less megapixels and still regularly gives images of exceptional quality.

  Is it possible to make the Nikon D800 raw files look as sharp as they should the in Photoshop?

  Is there a mismatch between Nikon and products codec Adobe, perhaps?

  I'll appreciate any input.

  Looking at the photo you have posted above, it looks like the capture could be sharper. The subject is a bit fuzzy.  Application maximum sharpening in camera is a way to compensate for this, but it would be better to concentrate more precise, or use a better lens.

  If you want to recreate in-camera sharpening, I suggest to change the default ACR sharpening adjustment to 50.

  Also, do you have the correction of chromatic aberration enabled? Sharpen this too a few images on the edges. CaptureNX will apply to all the camera settings to the default preview, including CA, vignette and distortion so that you have selected the image control. ACR can do all these things, but you must change the default values to view it every time.
