  Of course, you have the SATA driver installed first, if you want to install one of the Windows OS (Vista or XP)

  The first time buy PhotoShop.  I need it for a project I'm involved in my school, but I can't download creative cloud or PhotoShop elements 13 because Vista is not supported by Adobe.  However, I find it easier to find a version more suited to my computer instead of the update (just, I will be brief, it is not convenient at THIS TIME for me to upgrade my PC, even if many think it would be better for me).

  I was just on the Amazon search for PhotoShop elements PC available boxes and goes with whatever version 11 or less than that which was at a good price.  It is a good way to go or is there something special about buying CD download I need to know?  Is the purchase of a source like Amazon, rather than directly from Adobe put me at risk for a false version of PhotoShop Elements (although I was looking to buy a box of 'new' to avoid this, if I can find some)?

  The latest version of Safari is 9.1. Apple page on this subject is here. Perhaps the reason best/only to use an earlier version if you are using an older version of OS X (pre 10.9.5) or a former Mac (before Intel processor.) You told us all this, in your question.

  When I go to the link for GPG (ie - Gpg4win), I gives me several options for download. I can install the full version (30 MB), which comes with Kleopatra and Compendium, the light version that doesn't include Kleopatra and Compendium, or can I just install the vanilla version that contains only Gpg4win with GnuPG component only. So should which version I install for use with Thunderbird? I'm inclined to download the vanilla version and then download Enigma for use with Thunderbird, but I'm not sure.

  I'm sure that version vanilla that suit you. I can't be sure because it's been long that I finally installed it in Windows (which I have with me here), and here on Linux component gpg all comes standard.

  AFAIK, you don't need Kleopatra, and I've not heard of, so presumaby, never used, Compendium.

• I have a purchased copy of CS3 for Mac and want to upgrade to CS5 (I heard it was an upgrade option). Should what version of CS5 I download the upgrade? This is the full version of CS3 and the product key is available.

  I want to upgrade my version of the suite CS3 for Mac CS5. I heard that it was an offer of upgrade that I have an official version of the CS3 with product key. I was wondering what version of CS5 should I download and would cost how much the upgrade? It's as simple as download a trial version of the suite CS5, tapping my CS3 product key to receive the upgrade reduces and the discount even exist? Are there now that any other upgrade offers? I don't want to upgrade to CC.

  Adobe has only sell the latest version of the Creative Suite, which is CS6, so you can't buy CS5 more. Upgrades are also only available to CS6 CS5 so that CS3 would not benefit anyway.

  I'm afraid you're out of luck.

  You should learn the version that is currently adopted by the W3C as a standard.  It would be HTML 4.01 and CSS2.  Knowing that those will position you for a segue in HTML5 and CSS3 (this one which is not so different from what you have learned already), as soon as they become the standard.
