Signal wireless through walls

I have a House with lath and plaster walls. I don't know if an outdoor wireless camera passes the signal through the fence that is embedded in the walls. Please comment. Thank you.

My House is stucco outside. I have two cameras wireless running outside. One in front, one in back. No problem to use.

My devices are Vivotek outdoor type that works very well in the hot summer days or dead cold winter days (temp. as low as-30 ° c). A tried

cheaper cameras and they worked well.

    Hi Jer9009,

Welcome to the Microsoft answers site.

    ·         Could you give the exact error code or error number you get?

To connect multiple computers, install a network adapter in each and run a network CAT5 cabling to connect each one to a hub (and thus the other.) The computer that will serve as a transition will have a standard network card for wired and a wireless network adapter that will connect to the wireless (WAP) access point or gateway on the second network.

A network bridge is software or hardware that connects two networks or more so that they can communicate. You can create only a single bridge network on a computer, but a bridge can handle any number of network connections.

  • WRT54G good signal wireless but no internet connectivity.

I have a WRT54G that has worked well for about a year. Last Sunday, I installed a couple of small updates from Microsoft on my main computer (cable via an ethernet cable from the router). At the same time, I installed service pack 3 on my girls (wireless) counter top.

Since that time, on my three computers wireless I shows the strength of very good signal from the router but no internet connectivity. Internet works fine on the computer by cable.

I have reset the router, no luck. Updated the firmware, no luck. Released and renewed until the cows came home and still no luck.

I uninstalled the router of my main computer and reinstalled. During the installation it tells me that the router cannot find the internet even if the computer that works is connected through the router.

I tried a different router (even part old version) which was a router to work when uninstalled about six months ago. I went through the installation process and it is the same, the router cannot find the internet.

Is it possible to have two bad routers that the internet can pass through but the router cannot detect?

At first I thought changing the setting of the Microsoft updates, but I restored my computer to a date before the updates and still have the same problem.

Any help that anyone can give is most appreciated.

Well there are some knows the problem with Service Pack 3 from Microsoft with wireless connectivity. You can uninstall SP3 from your computer and it will not solve the problem.

  • Little or no Signal wireless on a recent purchase of HPE - 590 t. NEED HELP.

I just bought a new desktop computer and it recently received. The wireless .11n that is installed is to get weak signals or is de-energized. I used my attachment of smartphones to make updates or get on the internet because my internal connection of work stations is too unreliable.

service Pack 1 64 win7. I've also updated manually through network adapters in Device Manager where it is said "the best driver is already installed"

not sure about the wireless card manufacturer that was preinstalled on the desktop off hand. can be updated later if necessary.

on a motorola SBG900 router firmware is updated... I also tried to change the channel via the admin on my laptop (192.168.0.1) utility.

I'm maybe 30-40 feet away from the router. I have another laptop HP (I don't know model atm) which is more a few years old... There a .11n wireless card installed as well. However, I get a very stable connection and it never falls with my router in the same room as my office.

Is it a hardware problem or can I try something else? Thank you.

    babyvato,

You can contact HP support and ask for a replacement of RAlink.

  • Small signal wireless

I noticed that the wireless signal seems always low on my desk - usually only 2 bars. I see several networks listed belonging to neighbors and none of them show more than 2 bars in the intensity of the signal.

I have the antenna is plugged in and I think that it is properly connected.

I regularly use a laptop another l right next to the desktop computer, and I never had any problems to make 4 or 5 bars signal strenght on it. As far I can see my drivers are all to date.

Anyone got any ideas, what is the problem and what can I do about it?

    Office p6598uk

    Windows 7 (64-bit)

If the file has the same name as in the following image, then it's the Ralink driver. Make the wireless card. If you aare wary of a driver from the manufacturer site so stick with the HP updates. The choice is yours. The choice of the name of the driver is Railink.

  • loss of signal wireless/network after reinstalling the system

I have a Pavilion g7-1070us laptop who couldn't start. I reinstalled the OS Win7 by downloading the ISO file and activated by the method of the phone.

The problem is that even after you install the network driver concerned Intel (sp57090.exe) on the site of HP driver support, I even canoe see a connection or a wireless signal.

A caveat is that, once I installed this driver from nextworking, a message pops up saying "this program cannot been installed properly" and gives you two options: 1) reinstall using recommended settings. (2) keep as is (this program has been installed properly). I chose option 1 and reinstall it was fairly smooth and no other error arises.

When I tried to troubleshoot and set up a new connection to the internet, the following error message appeared:

"Windows doesn't detect any hardware networking". I ran diagnostics disk before so he spent without any problem. It's very confusing.

    Thanks for any help!

  • Re: A350 Terrible Signal wireless

    Hey,.

Wireless of my Satellite A350 features are not at the height. If the wireless signal is not effective, I can't connect to a network at all.
If I move away from the router where other computers laptops (MacBook, older Toshiba) always have full force pointed out, my A350 cannot even pick up the signal.

  • Noise daq signals sent through an RC circuit

    Hello

I'm trying to source various signals of voltage AC / DC through a device that contains resistive and capacitive. I'm doing some testing on very simple circuits - a polarization of the square wave out of an Ao of a DAQ 6368 route through a 1mW resistor, then a current to voltage converter sends a voltage in the AI 6368 channel signal.

With just a resistance, everything works fine - accurate readings of voltage/current, low noise, etc. But when I put a capacitor in series with the resistance, I get intense noise across a very broad range of frequencies. A 10pF capacitor double the noise, and a 100pF capacitor multiplies by 10 x or 15 x. The circuit, I am interested in the measure will be about have capacitance 300pF, more an another 300pF of involved additional wiring.

I'm doing something obviously wrong, capacitance is inherently ruin amplifiers?

I feel like I should see nice exponential decay or splitters of a capacitor, no noise from wide band/HF. Take a look at the photos I have attached with the included fft - they are taken to a 0 V DC bias circuit, showing the current measure in units of microamperes (I posted a similar question a forum recently switch and have determined that the problem is not the switch, but parasitic capacitance in the switch).

    Thank you!

EDIT: added some pictures of 10 Hz 100mV pulses of square waves, all online is the trace of current time. The resistance of 1Mohm one looks great - 100nA for 100mV makes great sense, low noise, etc. But with the capacitor 10pF, wise capacitive spikes, but whats up with the rise in noise?

    Hi Lynn,

Thanks for all the advice - the noise was much higher in frequency, up to 10 kHz region. I finally found my noise problems caused by Earth or impedance mismatch between my PXI and my bipotentiostat loops, so I'm doing the experience entirely using components PXI.

  • My toshiba satellite pro is connected wireless through a 3g dongle but I can't seem to print on my epson BX600FW printer despite the use of the ad-hoc method

I am really struggling to connect and print wireless. I rang EPSON who suggested that I connected using the AD-HOC method. This method applies to the use of a laptop computer and a wireless printer but without router.

You are therfore impression on an AD-HOC (as and when) basis.

I followed the instructions and created an AD HOC network. The 3g dongle works wirelessly and I can use internet. He told me that the signal strength is excellent. But when I try to print there is no answer. He just informed me that there is no network connection.

I've been around the houses of connection / disconnection to nothing does not. If I tried to remedy the situation from now until midnight, I'd be no closer. Me, that I tried to believe you. So folks, has anyone got any ideas? If I thought that buying a router, that it would be useful, I'd be out immediately and buy a.

    ·         Have you ever been able to print before?
