No longer edit a signature in Mail
After the upgrade to Sierra, I can change my mail custom signatures are no longer. Any change I return mail is started.
Strange, it works for me.
You might want to try to leave Mail, opening an Applications > utilities > Terminal and paste the following command:
~/Library/Containers/com.apple.mail/ ~/Desktop MV
Reset. Your signature changes persist now? If so, you can trash the folder that has been moved to your desktop for more security.

My signatures "Apple Mail" have all gone
My Apple Mail signatures are gone! I don't know how it happened. When I look in mail preferences, all the signatures for all of my email accounts are now gone. I have 8 setup of email accounts and had 10 registered signatures.
Of course, along with millions of others, I give why apple cannot provide even a decent email client. But this issue is actually of rhetoric. For this post, I'd be completely satisfied to receive help to solve my immediate problem.

Can't choose the Signature in Mail
Problem on my new iMac. I can't select a signature. This has never been a problem in the past. I've been a user of Mac since before the use of electronic mail on Mac.
I have 4 listed signatures. However, bar next to the Signature to choose: is grayed out.
Larpman,
Maybe the problems of fixing of the signatures of emails can be useful.

Cannot add signatures in Mail!
I recently had difficulties to send and receive emails, which are now corrected.
However, when I send an email (including a reply or forward) I would add is no longer a signature. The account I use has 3 possible signatures associated with it; However, since the signing of drop-my only options are 'none' or "edit signatures" (I used to have all the options of signing 3). When I go on the 'Edition' choice, 3 all signatures are here, but even when I choose the correct signature 'Add' in the editing window, no signature appears in the email.
I run a business. I need to be able to add a signature to my e-mail. It's very frustrating, and I never had no problem adding signatures in the past.
Help, please!
I use 10.11.1
Thank you
One last thing. My other email accounts (which I use rarely), each with one associated signature, to add them.
Can you don't have more than one signature?

BlackBerry Smartphones change/edit the Signature in mail
I use my business email account with my "BOLD" and it works fine... but
I was told I need to set up an e-mail account of BB to get and change the fonts, signature, etc...
If this is true, how can I do this and it will affect the perfect way everything works now.
I prefer to leave all the same thing as having to start a new process.
Thank you.
Your username can be your e-mail... This is what you have created, that it is. You will need to remember.
OR, you can ask your carrier to completely remove the account from BIS and reset and start again.

Create clickable link in Windows 8 Signature of Mail?
I know that you go into the Tools menu to change your signature in the display of Windows 8 Metro.
I got the signature I want but I want to make a site name in the signature in a hypertext link to the site.
I tried just write and I tried html but no work.
My signature in Outlook online version works fine, but when I try to add the link in the windows version 8 metro of mail, I just can't figure how to make "clickable".
Help, please!
Thank you.

When I try to add the link in the windows version 8 metro of mail, I just can't figure how to make "clickable".
Looks like the best we can do is put all the bits you want in your Signature via the charm of settings, then when you start a new message or a reply you can assemble it in a link if you want, for example using Ctrl-x and Ctrl-k.
I want to know is why is the Outlook webmail signature not integrated with the Mail app signing? For example if this would happen you can create a raw RTF (or HTML) file signing there probably can be used unchanged by the Mail app. Sounds like a feasible enhancement request. ; )
Good luck

Custom signature using mail merge document?
I would like to send a custom for the signature document. Each document would require 2 signatures.
I am able to work out how to distribute to each person for their signature, however it is possible to use a merge and mail for the "customization" process uses Word or Acrobat, to ensure that the appropriate recipient receives their agreement?
Hi ChurchieIT,
To work around the problem, you can use MegaSign function with which you can send the same document up to 300 recipients (supplied by upload of a CSV file which their information). By default, it can have a signature and others like signature countersignature of sender (which is always fixed). Here is the link for reference:

Signature in Mail will not work
I have a copy of my signature in my email but I can't see on my emails. What could be my problem?
You must click on the "Signature #1" (in the center column) and drag it to one (or more) accounts in the left column. Then this account (or accounts) can use this signature.

You have the correct email account selected for the desired signature? Mail (El Capitan): Signatures preferences:

How to add email address to digital signature without unique name
When I create a digital signature it allows me to enter the e-mail address. The only way I can get on the signature e-mail is changing the name unique appearance and checking. When I check what he adds my new name, location and e-mail address. Is it possible to have only the name, email address and date?
Thank youemail is a part of the unique name and you get either all or nothing. You can activate strange name and/or Date when you create a custom look. Try using the latest version of Acrobat XI. I remember there were a few minor changes in appearances custom last year (or was it in Acrobat MS only, I don't remember).

Definition crashes when I try to change mail signature
I had this problem until I upgraded to 10.0.2. Understood that the upgrade would be useful, but no dice. Details: a few weeks ago we moved our company's location, so I tried to change my signature in settings-> Mail, but whenever I type in signature field settings crashes and I get to my home screen. (Also, side-wth!) There is no mobile site for us at support.apple.com? Further evidence of the lameness of Apple).
Have what troubleshooting you tried? Troubleshooting user steps include reboot, reset, restore from backup, restore to factory; tests after each stage.
I'm not sure what you're referring in your statement «there is no mobile site for us at support.apple.com» Which you speak as 'we '? And, as you do not discuss Apple here, this is a user to user support site. If you want to share some thoughts with Apple, which must be done through their comments site, not here. http://www.Apple.com/feedback
