  You're BIS correct is the Blackberry Internet service.

  If you go through the icon to setup e-mail on your phone, you will actually the site of the BIS.

  If you can not change your signature through the device, you can connect to a PC Web site.

  But when I go on the site of Orange UK BIS I can't set up a new account as it says there is a already for my phone, and when I clicked on the link "forgotten password" and I sent myself a message that 'username and password do not exist.  Please use your device to access Blackberry Internet Service. "When I use Setup email on the phone, I can see the signature but not change.

  Y at - it a help for me, or am I stuck with this signature?

  My 9320 does not recognize my BBID. I tried the password reset, what does not work. I'm now up to 9 attempts, and the next attempt will lock me up. Any ideas what I can do. I can't seem to find what to do on the blackberry site, all the tips keep telling me to change my password working isn' there. I get the error message "enter the username associated with this smart phone. How can I find out what my correct username with my phone?

  I'm having a problem with the placement of my auto signature through T-Mobile.  Whenever I answered an e-mail, my auto signature is placed at the bottom of the chain of emails... not the end of the most recent message.  Does anyone know how this can be fixed?  I already spoke with T-Mobile and they said that's just the way it works.

  Thanks for the help.  I tried the prefix of the double in my signature and that did not work.  I did, however, try the way of auto-text of 'zz' and make that my signature.  Not the most ideal (you should have to do a sort of "bypass"), but it works.  If you can think of anything that would do this job properly, please let me know.  Thanks again.

  Most likely, you have created a BIS account and set up your emails for the BB through the device and did not create a connection for the BIS. It is common on most recent testimonials BIS 2.4.

  You will have two Options to choose from, you must use 'Specified the cases' instead of 'Smartcase '.

  There is no option for the reception of e-mail 'timed' on the BB.

  However, you can disable data services until you are ready to receive them in a group

  Options - mobile - off network data services.

  I have a Torch 9800 (OS 6 2534 on network three UK) and often the screen does not auto rotation (when the phone is rotated 90 degrees) and the virtual keyboard is grayed out in the messaging and BBM. If sometimes seems again (seems random) and after a power off. The physical keyboard is not extended and locked.

  Anyone know of a fix or a workaround to ensure that VK and auto screen rotate reliable works?

  It is likely that there is a problem with my BB warranty and someone has access to my mail?  I don't get the same problem with messages sent from my office/desktop?

  When I send an email from my gmail account via my "BOLD", I get automatically that same e-mail delivered to the gmail account that I just sent him since.  Basically I'm CC'ing myself without wanting to.  I tried to check for this setting, but it can not find anywhere.  I'd rather do not want to receive these emails in response to every e-mail I send - it seems pretty useless.  Is it possible to disable this feature?  Or I will just have to live with it?  Any help is greatly appreciated.

  OK I solved it on my own.  Other GMAIL users out there, if you use your GMAIL account on your blackberry, follow the instructions HERE instead of setting up of personal e-mail the traditional way.
