  Now in the Messages, the Yahoo & records SMS; I am only able to view the emails from desktop e-mail id. The Messages folder which conveniently include messages from all folders displays only messages from the office. Similarly for the Yahoo folder. I'm not even able to see my SMS SMS & MMS folder.

  Pls help me to solve this issue.

  After looking around for solutions, these issues have been resolved by a soft reboot.

  There are two problems I see. Yesterday, I've updated througn Office of BB online. I have now deleted the BB 7.1.0 CoreApplications four times. When I start my phone one of the two things happening. I can enter my password, but when I hit the key enter the phone crashes and will only go to safe mode.
