Simple question about data backup recovery

It is the first time that I will propose Vmware Essentials Plus Kit as a solution to one of our customers.

The solution will be X 2 DL180 server with 2 TB of storage each connected to an IBM iSCSI SAN DS3500 series.

I want to be able to provide this scenario HA, and also, I want to use the data recovery backup to perform backups of virtual machines OF SAN DL180 server, so in the case of the SAN has very serious injury and can not be brought back online on the same day, in order to start the machines directly from the DL 180 servers.

I would like to know if it is a supported scenario.

sqlldr can and does ignore referential integrity / triggers and same uniqueness in a load path direct, insert / * + append * / doesn't - you do not direct path when they (constraints) exist.

parallel is always a direct route, if you go in parallel, you add.

I have a few questions about the tools and DPS.

1. What is the difference between Folio and DPS Article?

This looks like a job for outer join:

LEFT OUTER JOIN ensures that each row in the table to the left (i.e. immediately before "LEFT OUTER JOIN") will join, even if the condtion join fails. It is 1 row duplicate, therefore, if there is no line in tb_test that fills the 'id = 222' condition, that the double row will be in the game anyway. If there is tb_test lines that meet the condition, they all appear in the result set.

Simple question about making elliptical mask

Simple question about calling script

Hi people,
I am new to flash and actionscript, so only to learn one simple question. (I have not found an answer while the former posts surf/reading again)
If I wrote a script at the top of my project:
btnTest1._visible = false;
btnTest2._visible = false;
btnTest3._visible = false;
etc.
I can create something to call this script in without having to re write the original code if I need to use it again, for example:

Simple question about tree
It is a simple question but I don't seem to be able to solve it, the thing is I have a component of the tree and I don't want any image for icons (by default, they are included), I want to just plain text, so I need to remove the sheet, disclosure and the folder icon that appear in the tree component.

Any ideas on how to do this?

Question about Dell backup and recovery Premium

Always looking for a conventional way to save the Tablet (5130) and have the ability to start in an environment of recovery and restore from a backup. Did anyone tried B & R Premium? Supposedly will do exactly that... Anyone can shed some light? Thank you

Personally, I wouldn't. I'm sure it works fine, but Vista and Windows 7 recovery options are always in Windows 8.1.

You can perform a recovery USB flash drive to reset your device to factory (out of the box) standard in Windows. (A 8 GB flash drive works.)

You can save an image of the entire system of external storage such as a USB 100 GB HDD or more.

USB recovery installs a Windows recovery with multiple options environment. These include repair the disk image partition recovery on the Flash DRIVE itself or the hard disk recovery partition, if that partition has not been removed (to leave a space after creation of the USB flash drive - it's an option which is offered), or recreate the entire disk to a system image on an external hard drive attached.

Boot from the work of USB flash drive made in the same way using a DVD or a CD bootable in previous versions of Windows. He gets the familiar environment of the recovery and begins asking for details on your keyboard.

A few steps are required, and you must remember to MAKE backups (or schedule backups in Task Scheduler to make repetitive.) Windows 8 will only create a backup on a small external hard drive (say 100 MB) and it will crush whenever a backup is performed. On a much larger hard drive, it will use up to 30% of the hard drive space and keep as much imaging system as possible, and then replaces the oldest with the most recent. In other words, you can keep multiple images on a 1 system external to you on a 100 GB external. (That would be about 300 MB of images of system on the 1 TB).

If you want to try this (and why not, it's free, assuming you have already a flash drive and an external USB hard disk) at the start of this way.

Are there disadvantages of this report to the use of the Dell premium service? There must be or they wouldn't charge it. I have not studied on this subject (because I'm old and stuck in my ways, and I stick to what works for me), but I imagine that it automates things a bit and has an element of cloud backup. It can even happen transparently in the background. I do not know.

A few Questions about the manual recovery

I'm not an expert in recovery.
We had a level of SAN cloning of a RAC database. We store online Redo logs in the diskgroup RL_DG and ARCH_DG diskgroup Archive redo logs.
After the plan of SAN cloning (EMC BCV Synch), we tried to start up of the DB using srvctl start database-d < MyDBName > and we got the following error message.
CRS-5017: the action "ora.msblprd.db start" resource has met the following error:
ORA-01113: file 4 should media recovery

We realized that a lot of data (not justs users.dbf) need recovery files. Thus, we tried to run to RECOVER the DATABASE. But it errored out. So, we ran to RECOVER database with the HELP of BACKUP CONTROLFILE until CANCEL ; command.

Attempts above did not work because oracle was looking for the archived logs that was not present in ARCH_DG, RMAN has backed it up to the band and issued "delete entry".

Your query on V$ LOG and V$ LOGFILE should always optimasation THREAD # (when CAR is running) and SEQUENCE # (each Thread has it's own sequence)

You can also view your alerts log. This could indicate that Oracle was trying to recover the datafiles Fuzzy - what would happen if your snapshot was taken without the database in BACKUP mode.

Talk to EMC and Oracle support for the good tips on how to make a snapshot backup of an Oracle database. Otherwise, you'll be toast when you need to perform a recovery of real Production database. I suspect that your DGs and EMC volume is not configured properly to create synchronized instant backups.

Simple questions about interactive Apex reports

I have not yet made many experiments with interactive reports, and a few weeks ago, I heard a colleague that I should not create them.
