  Windows Live will not work on my laptop, data execution prevention is a problem, but how can I solve it?  It doesn't let me change the DEP settings as it says not allowed.  He did run when I first got my laptop but have had to reset the laptop to factory default, everything else works very well except windows live, it is recommended to find a user-friendly version of the DEP, when I go through solutions but don't really understand DEP.

  It is the expected behavior.  StringInjection simulates typing on the keyboard, what might trigger a prompt SureType.

  Counterstrike 1 should be compatible with 32-bit versions and 64-bit Windows 7 list of compatibility. The main question seems to be if the "Toshiba" laptop (model?) meets the minimum system or not. They are not very high, but you never know (CPU 1.7 GHz, 512 MB RAM, DirectX® 8.1 compatible card video with SSE support). If this isn't the problem, the UAC (User Account Control) can interfere: I recommend that you install older games 1) ' administrator' and 2) not protected as C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files (x 86) system records.

  What model computer do you have? Sometimes, there is a button linked to the Fn button which when pressed will disable click/touchpads. If we knew what model you use it is possible that we could determine whether or not this is the problem.

  It's incredibly frustrating to understand why it happened to my wife. I have replaced pilots several times on his own before finding out there was a button. His, this is Fn + F7. Doubt it would be the same on another model, but who can give you a clue. If this is not the case, the model number would be a great help.
