  Thanks for this info.  This could be part of the problem, but I don't know why there is an error message on the camera.  I can see why flash should turn off after so many seconds/minutes.

  My new HP Envy worked very well and the HP updates became available, so I accepted their. 85% of the way through the updates, I lost wifi capabilities and updates stopped. I then had to force a reset to get out if the State suspended. When he returned to the top, he got to the login screen.   I just bought this laptop at Christmas through Costco and use it for work. I've usually save it once a week or more. My guess is one of something foires HP updates. If there is a way to get to a point where I could go back, that would be great.

I can normally type into a word document to have done with it and cut and pasted in this message. I use Windows XP. I closed Firefox and restarted my computer twice with no success to solve this problem.

• Mozilla crashes when you try to load the addresses of rss and xml

  Whenever I try to load any stream rss or xml feed in the address bar (I tried four or five different ones), mozilla is trying to load the page, fails and then fails altogether. I tried to create a new profile to see if any existing modules or plugins were the problem and they do not seem to be as I arrived at the same result with a new profile as well.

  This happened yesterday when I was using version 9.0, I've updated since then to 10.0.

  It is not catastrophic, as the pages can always load in other browsers, but it's a bit confused. Any ideas?

  If I type too fast or even at a moderate speed my cursor jumps at the beginning or in another part of the sentence.  I type very slowly in order to complete a sentence.

  I'll guess that you are using a laptop with a touchpad? If Yes, go to control panel > mouse and then look for a tab that relates to your touch pad and then see if you can adjust the sensitivity. Chances are that you are hit while you type.

  Recently, I have problems when you try to install the drivers for a USB mouse that I have.   Try to run Photoshop with the SHIFT key is pressed and skip loading part tird plug-in and try to use the Board contact II.  A version of plug-ins from third parties have been known to break Photoshop Scrippting.

  If you want to convert Word files to PDF with the Adobe Reader application then it is possible with the service Pack of PDF. Try to use the service on the web: https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf
