Since firmware update problem

Hi all

Just got my rocket and had problems with the message "90 MB" free to build music db, even if there is loads of free space.

So I downloaded the update which updated to v 01.01.22.. After that, the music player just constantly jumps on all music.

So I followed the instructions to update manually to v2 by copying the file .bin at the root, but it does not update when I disconnect. I also tried the update, but he says he's up to this day.

Please help I have tried everything and it is simply not playing ball.

Thank you

Dan

    Hello

I have a problem to update the firmware on my HP photosmart pro B9180.

The firmware on it is very old, 20070426.

    I m running on a Mac, OS X 10.9

When I tried to start updating the firmware with the firmware update it got stuck after pressing 'continue' on the license agreement page. Through various positions, I found that I had to install the version 10.5 of the HP driver software to work around this problem. I ve done this and of course, he started the next step, "detect devices. The result is that he finds no demanding devices updated firmware that I find hard to believe since it s of 2007. The printer is on the network and I can normally access.

I now have it connected via USB to try another approach. The result is that the phase of "sensors" the update of the firmware ends unexpectedly leaving me with the ability to report it to apple or reopen the update of the firmware.

I ve also tried to use HP Device Manager to check the software updates. This property returns "server is not available. "Please try again later".  Tried for the last two days, but the results are the same.

Any help or pointers is appreciated. If need more information please ask

    Hi @Rohdekill

May I ask why you try to get an update of the firmware? I know you said feel you yours is outdated, but I want to say are you a program that allows you to search for an firmware update pushed?

From what I see, there is no updated firmware for this printer. There are updates driver for Mac and the Windows operating system, but no update firmware.

If you have a problem, I'd be happy to help you.

  • UJ - 831S - firmware update problem

I am with a problem updating firmware V1.02 for ' DVD-RAM MATA * a UJ - 831S ", according to press [OK] appears the message"THE TARGET DISK no IS NOT PRESENT", as to decide?

    Hello

Why did you do any firmware update?
As far as I know the reader uses the Win operating system drivers.
Also if you have problems with the drive, you must remove the drive from Device Manager. After the restart of the operating system should recognize the drive again.

  • Firmware Updater problems :(

I just download the Sansa firmware update, and when I go to run it, an error message appears saying "the Installation failed. Please try again later. "I started again and received the same error message. Then I waited about 30 min. and sure enough, same error message. What I'm doing wrong!

OK, the fact is that 90% of us who have been here very long you will simply ignore the update. On the "rocket", go to settings > system settings > Info and watch the number of Firmware if it starts V01 access the Thread called Fuze Firmware Updater, in the first post to find the update of the firmware that starts V01 and then follow the instructions on this post. If your Firmware number starts V02 find this firmware and follow the instructions.

  • Firmware update problems

I'm trying to update the firmware on my Clip +.  I download the SansaUpdaterInstall and run it.  I get a check on the internet connection test and the test of my version of Windows, but it hangs on downloading the last update.  The message is "Please try again later."

Any suggestions or explanations to this problem?

Thanks for your reply.  I tried to make a slip and fall on the device name, like I would with a regular flash drive, but who did not work for some reason any.  So I did a cut / paste from my office to the root on the Clip +.  The firmware has been updated immediately.

  • sp40966 drive firmware update problem

While they inspected the m9400t support page today, I found the following link:

IMPORTANT - prevent any hard drive crash

I checked the link and found that I needed this update the hard drive firmware as my main drive is a Seagate 750 GB SATA drive. I've printed the information, then progressed to follow the steps. All is well until the phase of "reboot" and that's when things went south!

First - when the computer reboots, I had the update screen and saw the message on the interface of disc must be set to IDA and because the mine was set to RAID I reset to IDA and restarted.

Next - screen update again and began the process of update. Received a message that file binary download was complete. Following message "trying to read HP26CE3D.bin ', and this is where things went"South ".

After seeing this message for ~ 30 minutes I had the feeling that nothing was happening, so against the warning messages on the screen to update on "do not restart", I did a power reset off.

On the start of Vista could not start and I had the repair screen 'System '.

Long story short, after several attempts to reboot the system using my diag CD material and my system restored I got the answer of the CD.

On the next attempt of cold start, I used F10 and reset my disk for the original RAID interface and the system booted!

So, I wonder just what is happening. What has the RAID vs IDA to interface to update the disk firmware?

Anyone else out there there is a problem?

ATTENTION: I cannot always be right, but I always give advice.
Kudo accepted with gratitude if I have been of help to you.

    GOOD NEWS!

Yesterday, I downloaded the update sp40966 on the site of HP support and installed without problems or errors! I now drive HP26 firmware version on my Seagate 750 GB drive. I don't know that what has changed, but the installation goes smoothly. Here are a few observations on this installation vs the other installation I tried that failed.

    1. this time the installation I have no advice or warnings on affecting the drive interface in bios RAID IDE as with the previous installation.

    2. once the bootable CD was created when I opened it I could see the files and folders in contrast to the previous three CD

    3. I'm a happy camper now. I'll mark my issue as resolved.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to respond to my problem and now: "this case is closed the King!" (the last is for we all had to grow up with radio instead of television. Live long and prosper!

  • Desire X 2 Firmware update problem

Hello. I have a craving for X 2. I'm trying to update my firmware (currently in F06, this is what I got with the PC) for the new F07 tries to solve the problem of blocking with the envy of X 2.

I downloaded from hp.com and when I run it, I see the screen of the upgrade which shows the previous FW (F06), destination (F07), then the PC reboots and when it starts I still F06.

I also downloaded the version FW F04 to check if I managed to roll back and the same behavior: looks like it gets, but when it starts, I still F06.

Any idea on how to solve it?

I installed W8Pro and I'm on the latest drivers

    Thanks in advance.

Just in case someone looking for him in the future, I could upgrade to F07 using UEFI tool, which runs from the BIOS.

  • E260 Firmware update problems

I have a Sansa E260 with a possible screen failure. But before I'm six deep, I want to try and reinstall the firmware. Two questions. The first is what version should I? I thought that it was a version of R, but gives the version.txt and version.sdk both show

01.02.24A, so I guess it isn't a version a: second issue is how to get the unit in mode msc, without any orientation of the screen. I'm guessing that I'm not in msc mode. When I look in the windows directory, there is a subdirectory labeled PPI NAND. If I try to drag the .mi4 file or the ROM file to the root, I get a message that the file is not supported. And then a second pop up message indicates he's trying to copy in the subdirectory rather than the root (the copy does not place).

    Any help would be appreciated.

Found the solution to force the msc mode. See http://kb.sandisk.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/197. The root files accepted and appeared the updated firmware (ie the files were no longer in the root with an eye after completion.) Unfortunately, the screen still has random pixels so the failure seems to be material.

  • 2.7.14 firmware update problems

When I try to update my firmware 2.7.14 I get updated Firmware "error result" encountered an error that put up-to-date abandoned.  Everything works well except my remote access. Any idea?

    Hi all

You can try to assign a static ip address on the network Media Hub and setting another DNS (dns no - ISP) top and check if the update would not intervene. Basically, perhaps the ISP DNS server might not be to redirect the request to the firmware correctly.

    example of static IP settings
    192.168.1.5
    255.255.255.0
    192.168.1.1

    DNS settings
    4.2.2.3
    4.2.2.2

Here is a link on how to check the IP address of the network Media Hub, there is a button, you can click here to change the IP address on the network Media Hub. I found this link when I was checking for compatibility on the network Media Hub.

"View attributed to NMH series IP address."

    I hope this helps.

  • Cisco Wireless-N bridge for phone adapters firmware update problem

    Hello

I have a bridge for phone adapters N of Cisco wireless. I decided to update the firmware on the device. I downloaded it from the official website of Cisco download page. So I've just connected to the device and started the update procedure. I waited for the right amount of time allowing the aircraft to install a new firmware.

Now the wireless bridge will not start. Once powered up system LED will blink green for 15 seconds. Then it will become orange and flashes with a frequency higher than forever.

I tried factory reset, but it does not work: same behavior remains.

As a note - I have updated exactly same device with exactly same firmware just before I did this and it went good - firmware is not a reason for this behavior.

Can anyone advice me on what I can do to give life to this device?

    Hi Nikolai,

If the unit is still under warranty I suggest you to contact Small Business Support Center and open the ticket as most likely the replacement is necessary:
