  If you use version 12 except pour Print, the problem is to know what is special for your printer. I have no problem with version 12 and win 10 on HP and Epson printers.

  Maybe use the file > print option to select what it takes rather than simply by pressing Print

  I just found an alternative that may or may not help.  Its an add-on we called HP Smart Print which works with XP - 7 as well as Firefox and IE 6 to 10.

  You can print from IE?  OE uses the IE print engine, so test this.

  If you use IMAP, you can access e-mail from computers and it will always be available on the other.

  If you're using POP, you can leave messages on the server. Otherwise, when you read a message on one, it is not available on the other.

  The problem is solved itself.

  When I turned on the printer this morning, the address e-mail printed on its own page.  I think it was a problem of HP Server, not an isue of the printer.  The printer is set up ok.

  I always chose the text itself in an email used the Ctrl-P, then under selected print range 'Selection' that needs to print only what you had selected.

  7 approve any prompt to uninstall all HP software.
