• Help. URGENT error 'no photo not found to import.

  I work on a program of commemoration and urgently need to import the scans and other images with different dates of creation, an external drive in LR2. Each time, by all means import, I get an error 'no photo not found in import' but three of 82 photos I need. The three that matter successfully are digital photos were taken the same day, a date which seems to be randomly dates different probably 15 or 20.

  I tried several options "File management" and "copy to: / users/name/Pictures" and "arrange by date: [date] ' and various other combinations.

  How can I solve this problem? I'm not new to Lightroom, but I've never had this problem before. A number of other users having the same problem, I saw in the forums. In each case, the problem is not resolved or if it was, I was unable to track a solution for the glitch that I am experiencing.

  LR imported photos and I edited many of them - they even synced to mobile LR. BUT after deleting memory map LR says the original is not found. I formatted the card before I saw the error in LR, is the advantage for good original? Previews are still in LR, but no originals (so now I can't edit any more).

  At the time of import into Lightroom, you will need to set a destination to copy the images, importing the SD card.

  What I think you you kept images on the SD card and added previews in Lightroom and Lightroom after removing the SD Card does not detect the original files.

  When I try to import photos of certain directories, Lightroom responds, "no pictures or videos were found to import."  Same thing when I try to sync.  Is there anything special that I can say about the directories that are not importing. I was able to import into another directory since see this problem, but when I return in the directories that show images of 0, I still can't import or synchronize anything of these directories. When I ask for synchronization, it indicates the number of pictures, he found.  It is as if Lightroom already knows about the photos so he will not re-import them, but the pictures do not exist in the catalog of nowhere (I did a search after selecting all directories).  I'm doing something wrong?

  as you're shooting RAW, please state the version of Lightroom and camera.

  You have the symptoms of the situation where the pictures were already imported into Lightroom and perhaps accidentally imported into another directory. Thus, you need to search Lightroom to one of these photos by file name. To do the research, you first have to do these three things before you search:

  1. go to the catalogue on the left panel, click on all photos
  2. Expand all stacks
  3. Disable all filters (once or twice Ctrl/Cmd-L)

• My computer has been destroyed and I have to re - install all my software.  I found my Adobe Acrobat order with serial number, but I have not found a way to re - download the product.

  I need to re - install Adobe Acrobat X or XI (I do not remember that I am brush up of ashes).  I bought a laptop another Sager... extremely good by the way, came out to the orders and the serial numbers for my order and got the serial number, number and (even though I found the cover later in all the undesirable), but I have not found a way to download the product again.

• When I look for a file in Win Explorer, I get a list of files in the search results. But some of the files seem to be missing. I get a message that the directory is not found when I try to open the search results.

  I wonder if what's on my hard drive and if what Win Explorer is on my hard drive are two different things.

  If I do a search in Win Explorer to "purple", I get a number of results.
  (To search for a file, I am in the word "Purple" in the search field in the upper right Win Explorer and pressing the "Enter" button).

  There are a couple of JPG files that I wonder about the search results.
  One example is called "purple_flowers.jpg".
  When I double-click this file in the search results to open it, my paint program opens and gives me a message that the directory is not found. If I use MS Paint to try and open it by double-clicking on the file and selecting "open with...". MS Paint", I get a message that the directory is not valid.

  The location of the directory on the error message is the blue 'Images' folder for my user. But, when I opened this file, I don't have a file with that name in this directory. The same thing happens with another JPG file, called "octopus.jpg" when I search the word 'Octopus '.

  Is this something messed up between what I have on my hard drive and think what Win Explorer is on my hard drive?

  When I turn on my pc, my pc connects to the router with full connection bars. But there is no internet, I'm getting DNS SERVER NOT FOUND, this happens every time when starting of the pc. But when my pc has already started and then I reset the router, I get internet with good working DNS and then everything works. But of course, when then restart my pc again, it loses DNS and I can restart the router once more...
  I have tried everything I know, manual setting of DNS does not work, renewing the ip and dns cmd of hot flashes do not work either.
