Size of the thumbnail view Magnifier

Somehow I did accidentally thumbnails in the loupe view (small row of images at the bottom of the screen) are growing.  I can't not smaller as they used to be and find nothing in help to make them smaller.  It is very annoying.  Please can somebody take back me to a smaller size? Please?

Thank you!

Bill

Enter the border over the film and drag upwards or downwards until the thumbnails are of size you like.

  • used as triggers of the thumbnails Viewer have white edges

An another weird problem in Muse that I can't figure out how to fix it.  Here is an image that illustrates what I see:

    lightbox-widget-problem-with-thumbnails.jpg

I exported this screenshot of the page in preview mode in real size so that people can take a closer look and see the problem: thumbnails in the top row, to varying degrees, have white edges that shouldn't be there.  Can't seem to get rid of them and they are an artifact of insert in the design of the page using the lightbox widget.  These are thumbnails of trigger.  When you click on it, they open a viewer that contains the Vimeo widget that displays the relevant video.  Thumbnails should have "clean" edges  The black rectangles are part of the background image (PNG file showing a container for thumbnails). they are placeholders and so they can be ignored.  Remove them later by replacing the PNG file do not solve everything.  When I drag and drop the thumbnail in the relaxation area, I let go of the mouse button when I fly over the area of the trigger, then move the mouse to the upper left corner that makes a ghost of the thumbnail image appear, and allows to align the corner of the tile to the upper left of the relaxation area.  Click the mouse and the miniature extends to its full size and throws over the trigger area.  As described in the tutorial of lightbox.  However, I notice that the trigger area will develop to fit the entire thumbnail, but since it covers most of it, I do not see that as a problem until I discovered design in preview mode.  The Triggers service, but I have funky white edges that make the amateur of sloppy, designer look.

To return to design mode, I adjust a trigger to be the same size as the thumbnail.  And the result is the same: white edges or maybe light grey; It is difficult to know.  But antics with the order of the layers image and triggers oversees some results on triggers does not.  I assure you that I chose NO FILLING on relaxation areas, as well as on the frames of images for each of them.  If anyone else has experienced this?  Fine widgets function; the design gives inexplicable defects.

I answered my own question.  In preview mode, I noticed that the edges of the thumbnail image would shrink and expand a little as I said above.  I finally realized that the relaxation area on the top of the image frame had different States already applied by the lightbox widget.  Each State had a fill and a stroke applied color.  Select NO affected FILL only a trigger State (Muse initially defaults to 'active' that I took to mean "it is the element that is now active, because you have selected it.")  Seems counterintuitive automatically add me these colors in a relaxing setting that will contain a thumbnail image.  I removed the color of background and outline of each of the triggers.  Problem solved.  All the thumbnails have clean edges.  The cursor changing to a hand icon and ToolTips are enough prompting the user to achieve what are buttons.

  • FFx displays only in the tiny size of the thumbnail since update

Since FFx updated it displays only those things in a tiny size of the thumbnail. This should be a page full size of print is only an unreadable thumbnail.

I have not modified parameters. On the file > menu print preview, it shows "reduced to adjust" and on the layout, it is set to portrait. All margins are set to half an inch.

My Brother laser printer works normally when using the Chrome browser. Why so many problems lately with FFx?

I don't know if this will help, but in another recent thread, the user has discovered that the problem was the preference:

It has been set at 256, and changing the value to 1 has solved the problem of paper size.

  • size of the thumbnail iMovie 10.11

I use the El Capitan operating system and the version of iMovie 10.11 I found more or less functions equivalent to those that are present in previous versions. But, in the area of work-Assembly (lower part of the screen), the thumbnails are smaller than in the previous versions of the program - even though the timeline is extended to the maximum. Is it possible to make larger thumbnails, or at least the same size as in previous versions.

In the current configuration, it is difficult to identify precisely to split a clip or make changes in the audio, given the narrowness of the size of the audio section under the thumbnails.

There is a control to zoom (control + or-) to expand or compress thumbnails and timeline, but no way to make it bigger or (to the limit) to have thumbnails autour and complete various lines (as it can be done on the upper area.

    Thank you.

You can adjust the size of the thumbnails in project by clicking on the 'Settings' top just above the timeline and adjusting the slider "size of Clip:

  • Image of the hand in the thumbnail view

One of our files is displayed with an image of the hand in the thumbnail view, and in the details, view has a dark area at the bottom of the image in folder of files.  What does that mean?

One of our files is displayed with an image of the hand in the thumbnail view, and in the details, view has a dark area at the bottom of the image in folder of files.  What does that mean?

It seems that if you want something like the "Family Photos" folder in this image: http://www22.verizon.com/NROneRetail/NR/rdonlyres/E54BDDF6-5BB6-4A60-93C7-F2F0785D56BD/0/XPSharePhotoFolder.jpg

This icon indicates that the folder has been shared (for example, it is available on your network).  The "dark area" in the Details view is the same, it is more difficult to see because the icon is so small.

If you do not want to share the file (and thus the files in the folder), right click, select Properties, click the sharing tab and check the box "do not share this folder.

Note: Windows XP has a "Simple file sharing" mode that is enabled by default in XP Pro and is the only mode available in XP Home.  In XP Pro, you can turn off this mode.  The 'Sharing' tab is a little different depending on whether you are in the mode.  For Simple file sharing, clear the checkbox "Share this folder on the network" instead of the above option button.

  • Can I manually set the maximum size of the thumbnail cache?

I notice that in a folder with a large number of photos, there seems to be a limit to how much stored thumnails. If I quickly scroll the I get to a point where I have to slow down and wait for the thumnails to regenerate. I wish I could store all thums so I can go to any point in the subdirectory and see them with no delay (the whole point of a cache). I have 4 GB of RAM so I don't care if it uses a fair bit to do this. Y at - it a key option or the configuration of the registry to set the maximum size? I have Vista Home Premium x 64.

    Hello old giza,.

Thank you for your response back!

Except there is no way to increase the size for the thumbnail cache.  You are able to clear the cache and I saw on third party internet providers that offer this possibility.  But the operating system is not an option to increase.
Maybe if you can give more details about what you're trying to do we can get to the best situation.  Please let us know status.  Thank you!

  • In the detail view folder sizes. What Microsoft has to do not display a list of folder sizes in the detail view? I don't want to post this in the comments...

What Microsoft has to do not display a list of folder sizes in the detail view?  I want to just see my folders in the list view and know how big each folder is!  Is this a lot to ask?  Are you (MS) collusion with folder size software companies so that they can sell me something that should simply be in Details view? Is it because it could slow down my experience of 'Windows' that is not so great anyway.

I don't like what MS has to say.  This is not a plea (or tip) for them to fix. I just want to know why they avoided (5 180 000 results according to Google) millions of requests for this feature Microsoft Users: why do you think that Microsoft has deliberately chosen to omit a column of 'folder size' seen in the window?

  • How can I configure folder for the thumbnail view display?

I want to choose a photo of some to show in front of a folder.  Without the record showing mode portrait.  I want to see as well as possible image and the display of the ICON is on a slope.

Under XP, I could choose to view thumbnail and select the file that I wanted to represent the file.

    Hi Helpemmy,

You can follow the steps below and check if it helps you to see the pictures in thumbnail stored in the folder.

    a. Click Start.

    b. go to control panel and open Folder Options.

    c. click on the view tab

    d. uncheck the option "always show icons, never thumbnails".

    e. you can also check to see that there is a check mark in the box "Display file on the photos" and then click on apply and then click Ok.

Now you should be able to see the thumbnail images in the folder.

I hope this helps. Let us know the results.

  • rearrange tiles in the thumbnail view of free-form

Is there a way to rearrange the order of image in mode "free-form Vignette?

It seems that they keep their original order and he must return to a normal view, reorganize and THEN select free form and drag everything up.

What is the only way to reorganize the images for the slideshow?

1st way: just click on the thumbnails and change their stacking order using the "Send backward" / "forward".

2nd way: open the "Layers" Panel, and then drag the images to the desired location.
