  In Device Manager, I have a few unknown devices and two others with no driver.

  Tried to send the image to another friends - has. They have Win 7 and more recent Skype.

  I read about 50 same messages and same "solutions":

  1. Download latest Skype (or reinstall)

  2. Download latest IE (Edge)

  3 reset all settings / remove all your cache

  4. make sure that you use Skype even on both sides

  So now, I have the latest IE Windows, latest Skype, (Edge) and last nerve ventilation!

  WIN10 / EDGE v20.10240 / SKYPE 7.8.0.102

  As it becomes really VERY annoying problem. I hv summer use Skype for many years in my company, but we are seriously looking for alternatives now, as Skype is more and more problems, more it becomes bloated.

  However, I want to solve this problem for now. Anyone (even Skype support) any idea?

  I've recently upgraded to the latest version of Skype 7.4 on my windows xp sp3. I still use xp on my desktop that I use for work. These days, I am unable to connect to Skype, everytime I try signing in a weird window appears the options to save or open. However, Skype doesn't work anymore.
