  I looked online and found several places where this error is reported, but none of the suggested fixes worked for me.

  I tried:

  -Delete the folder Skype

  -Reinstall Skype

  -Uninstall IE updates (the futhest I could roll it back was IE8 on my Windows 7 PC)

  -Temporary files IE Deleated and others

  And probabley a few other things that I don't remember.

  None of them worked, and the program still crashes. I wonder if I will be forced to reinstall Windows in the hope of him fixing the broken ieframe.dll file, but I don't want to do this unless I have no other choice because it's a long time to delete all my files from my PC so I can do.

  When you try to add, remove or sync any music in my iTunes I get this error. "You don't have enough privileges to access for this operation. iTunes can save your music library.

  I am running Windows 7 Enterprise and the latest edition of iTunes.

  I have the same error, it says expressly "cannot save the file to iTunes library.  You have enough privleges of access for this operation. ».  I called Apple for the support that they tried several things (including a right click and as an administrator) and they told me that I would need to call Microsoft because they think it has something to do with Windows 7 and, eventually, my registry files?  They were friendly, but not much help...

  Any ideas would be great as essentially my iTunes library is not saved. Thank you!

  FYI - finally found the problem, I have full privileges of select my folder user/login under C:\Users and go into the advanced security settings and confirm that I had to modify.  Even if all the iTunes files sounded ok, I had to go to this level of folder permissions to fix.  Thanks for all the help!
