  Yet, there is nothing wrong with your laptop. If it's a breeze for you deal, you may have a decent argument under the laws of the consumer to get a refund.   Remove the splash screen slab is not always the same thing as deleting the program from the computer.

  You can try looking for the program / application on the computer: Tap anywhere on the screen start the name of the application / program.  Right-click on the box containing the name of the program to pin to the start screen.

  If the program / application is indeed still installed, then you do a right click (after a successful search) and re-pin program / app on the screen of boot and even the taskbar in some cases.

• X 220 slab IPS - loving scratch?

  In general, I was very happy with my X 220 and especially with the large slab of IPS. Although there are certainly problems of image retention, the overall image quality is inrcredible for a laptop.

  Now I am extremely careful with X 220 (I am with all my other laptops)-I always use a Holster, I clean the filter regularly and of course I never let anyone touch screen (God, I hate that!).
