  It sounds like you do not use the right smtp server to send the e-mail.

  Please check what 'Sender A' smtp server account uses.
  'Tools' > 'Account settings' for the e-mail account
  or
  Right click on the email account in the folders pane, and then select "settings".
  Lower-right - outgoing (SMTP) server - select the correct SMTP server for that e-mail account.
  See the image below as an aid.
  Click OK

  Such a download is usually recorded in a updates or updates folder in the program folder or the Firefox application.
  You can delete this folder to cancel the download.

  If the files have already been downloaded, then delete the files in the folder updates\0 and updates.

  I wrote a simple application that sends an e-mail message and tested many times up to now. Never had any problems. I have make changes every time, I generate for BB OS 4.5.0, version 4.6.0 5.0.0 and 6.0.0. Yesterday evening, by mistake, I installed 6.0.0 version of the application on my BB 4.5.0. When I run the application, it gave me an error. I realized the error and uninstalled immediately. But later, even after you have installed the correct version, the application never worked (4.5.0). By clicking on the 'Send' button simply does nothing (it allows to send an e-mail earlier). The same application with the corresponding versions working on my BBs 4.6.0 and 6.0.0 without any problem. The 4.5.0 version works very well with the Simulator.

  Can someone please suggest a way I can get my 4.5.0 version works on the phone again?

  I resisted the bitter end upgrade to version 6.18 because I totally HATE this version! I would have given my eye teeth have stayed with version 5.0. I was treated, clean and done just what I needed this new version looks like Windows 8 and I hate the it with a passion too. God knows what MS were thinking when they designed this horrible Interface and Skype has now also been ruined by these strange people. Just, I don't understand why they think they have improved.   If your Skype account is associated with the Microsoft account and you have Outlook 2010 or later, then Skype automatically integrates with Outlook.

  The Send button is in the entry window. And it's a toolbar that may have been hidden.

  Windows or Linux, the < alt > key should bring up a menu. Or try F10.

  Then you go to View and toolbars, and check the box.

  There are different ways to do... The simplest is to click with the right button on the element (I think you said a toolbar at the top of the screen) which covers the button send, select 'Inspect element' or press 'Q', then click on the arrow down next to the element name and choosing 'Remove the node', then the toolbar disappeared , and you may see the submit now button.

  Another way is JavaScript... which is a little hard

  I suggest to ask a repair shop of PC or laptop.

  If the cost of repair is more than 50% of the current value of the laptop, you would be better sourcing of a notebook replacement.
