• Query automatically considerably slows down the initial Page load

  I use JDeveloper 11.1.1.6 and I have a view object that contains a view of the criteria that I put on request automatically. This criterion of VO/view is then used on my page by default startup as a query with table component. Everything is functional but very slowly. I did some basic performance tests and it took 62 seconds from the moment I saw the blue spinning loading icon until the page appeared with the results on the initial page loading (after the page is initially loaded the query is fast). Then I disabled the feature of query automatically, and I could have the page do the initial load and run the query manually by 16 seconds. A difference! Is there anything I can do to speed up performance while loading the first page when you use the Query option automatically?

  Thanks Shay, I look at the logs with an increased recording and it seems that the query is only get executed once. I found a work around for this problem though. I've disabled the parameter Query automatically on the display criteria in the View object and then for links to the page where I am using this aspect of research and went to the properties of the search criteria under the executables section and changed the InitialQueryOverridden from false to true and now the query runs automatically in the same amount of time to do this manually a so no more time to wait very long at the initial loading of the application.

  It will not load the web page. It gives an error message or to say that it has expired. The circle on the tab will turn to a stop bit while then just, and nothing comes up. I uninstalled, and re-installed and still gives me this problem. I checked the updates and I am running the latest version.

  I disabled my firewall on my Norton Internet Security and Firefox work again. I activated the firewall back and it still works, go figure.

  You want to know how to get the taskbar go away for a short time, so I am able to read the bottom of the web page.  I don't want to disappear completely because I like the access there, but I can't figure out how to get scrolling down or something.

  I have use the class Web page, but the documentation, it seems you should subscribe to the loadingChanged signal and wait for the download to complete. The download can begin asynchronously so loading() might return false immediately after the definition of the URL.

  Update from Firefox to 7.0.1 version, is now posted on the Web pages, CPU to 100% use. Disabled addons, cleared cache, reloaded version once again. Always at 100%.

I opened the html page in the code editor for cpanel and watched links structured the same as the pages that work. Any ideas anyone has would be greatly appreciated. • How to prevent large gaps on the Web page when you use the behaviours slide?

  I searched the forums for similar problems with application behavior slide to the elements through the DW CS5 interface and find a useful post titled "problem with Spry Applying"Slide Effect"so now my slide effects works the way I want to, except instead of dragging out a legend after clicking on an image I slip on a list of text items when you click on a section of text.  It works, but there is a gap when the first load of the Web page. How can I remove/avoid this great whitespace to appear?

  Firefox window is sometimes "off screen" somehow. Often, you can force it to appear on the screen by right clicking on the thumbnail image just above the taskbar and choose expand. Does it work?

  A possible cause for this is that the file that stores the positions and sizes of window is corrupt. You can delete this file and Firefox will return to standard window resizing.

  #1 method: If you can get a zoomed window:

  Open the settings folder (AKA Firefox profile) current Firefox help

  • button "3-bar" menu > "?" button > troubleshooting information
  • (menu bar) Help > troubleshooting information
  • type or paste everything: in the address bar and press Enter

  Default browser got back to Chrome as liberation V30.0 seems to have a lot of problems loading pages to open links from other applications. The same url will load fine in Chrome.

  Hello, this is already possible in firefox: go to firefox/tools > addons > plugins and shockwave flash to Activategame. then the plugin will be disabled by default but can be enabled on a site-by-site basis.

  On the 'OPENING' Firefox for the web, there is an initial use of 12 + MB of use via INTERNET CACHE files. These files show up, when using CCleaner, as... \_CACHE_001, 002, 003 each with a size of say 4 096 Ko.   1. go in Firefox "Help".
  2. click on "restart with disabled modules.
  3. click on "restart".
  4. the browser closes and a popup box will open.
  5. Select 'Reset all the preferences of the user by default Firefox'.
  6. click on "make changes and restart".
