slow file write

After installation of kaspersky internet security my system save file too slowly on the local network, what is the solution?

Hi Laxman,

1 find this computer on a network?

Step 1: Temporarily disable the antivirus on the computer program and check if the problem persists.

Note:  Check that you activate your anti-virus protection on the computer back after you complete these steps. It is not recommended to disable these settings on the computer. It's just to solve the problem.

Step 2: If no problem occurs then, check the settings of Kaspersky. Alternatively, you can contact Kaspersky support for assistance.

Hello about 3 weeks ago I noticed that my file menu became very slow...

Basically, if you have a timeline or preview window selected and click on the file that he rowed for 4-5 seconds even deal with the menu "export"... I know there is another thread on this subject, but the issue has not been resolved it and the poster did not provide enough information or reply to the comments of the problem...

I've attached a video recording of the show going.

First Pro CC 2014 Menus Slow - YouTube

Also, codec for my source video information:

    Codec Info.PNG

The video file was saved with "Action!" Recorder using the Nvidia NVENC Codec. I got no problem using these files in the past Adobe first Pro CS6 and CC 2014.

I have installed the latest updates, and the problem is present for about 3 weeks now.

I did all the usual stuff like clean the media cache reset preferences, I tried to use different audio materials, thinking it may be problematic audio drivers for my interface with no luck.

Also the media files are stored on a separate disk with read/write speeds pretty decent and healthy under conditions checked by "smart".

I have no audio plug-ins loaded vst project.

The only plugin I installed first pro and media encoder is the 'NVENC export Plugin' for fast gpu rendering of lightning but I also deleted it and tested with no luck.

No, thanks to the support of adobe for failing to correct this problem.

I contacted them 3 times by phone and said I would receive a reminder the next day with a solution and has NEVER received a reminder.

  • Equium A100 has recently become slow - files were changed

    Hello

I have a new A100 equium with windows xp edition on it (preloaded) media center. Recently, it has become slow, especially when I click on 'my computer' and my c drive, it takes forever to open the window, especially when I try and do a right click on these icons. It is so bad that the window hangs and I have to open the Task Manager to close. Someone has any idea how to resolve this issue?

Also, I get a message saying sometimes "files required for windows to run correctly have been replaced by unrecognized versions.» To maintain system stability, windows must restore the original versions of these files. Insert your now. »

CANY anyone help with this? Its scared me a bit. Where can I get these original files?

No idea why it happened oh perhaps the BONE is affected by a virus or malware
However, the operating system said that there is something wrong with the file system.

So my first thought is the reinstallation of the OS from the Toshiba restore CD.
Check it out if it will work. If it is then maybe there is something wrong with the HARD drive itself

  • Missing link in the file write Key.vi LabView after switching LV development system server to RTE

    Hello

    TS4.2 LV8.6.1

I have a strange behavior of TS. All of the code works well under the development system. But when I pass the server of LabView runtime LabVIEW development system then, during the call one of my screws (action step calling the LV adapter), I have the window 'vi search' open looking for the Key.vi to write (one of the interns LV VI). Finally, is the write file Key.vi and TS is happy, however, I don't want it to happen on the production floor.

Is this a bug or I have some sort of option or something?

Why this does not happen under the development environment? What is the mechanism?

    K.

    (1) more complex nodes in LabVIEW are stored in vi.lib.  This is not uncommon.  Are not only very basic items (add, subtract, table functions, etc...).  They are usually yellow and you can not open them.

    (2) they need to go somewhere, and vi.lib is the standard location for all built-in screws

    (3) instr.lib is very similar to vi.lib, just a different location.  LabVIEW stores a relative path for the screws here called in.  This path does not exist with the runtime, although TestStand will add it in the search directories if you installed LabVIEW Development.

    (4) if it is possible to use LabVIEW to do this, there are more ways to get into trouble, because doing it this way would never update your sequence or find problems that would be specific to TestStand.  Is there a reason why you don't want to use the TestStand deployment utility?  Behind the scenes, TestStand calls in the same frame as LabVIEW for the deployment, but do it with more knowledge that LabVIEW alone would have.  This can be done, but there are more considerations, and you can meet potential problems.  Unless you have a good reason for this, it is generally not advisable.

I recommend reading the chapter on deployment in the handbook here (Chapter 14):

Wire a FAKE to the Terminal "prepend array or string size...? The default value is TRUE, so that you get extra bytes, depending on what it is to wire.

For a 1 d array, you would get 4 extra bytes to the size of the array (I32) and tha of what you see.

  • the locks are needed around a single file write command?

I'm running 14 process in parallel in TestStand, and each process will be called a "write text file" run occasionally.

Can a single process queue write interrupt another an intermediate writing class, or I put locks around every entry?

If you access the same file lock is necessary. And that too when you write on it.

  • Save to PNG using IMAQ file write file does not save good Gray Scale

Hi - I have a simple VI which reads a raw U16 file and then try to save the option IMAQ write PNG file (because I want the 16-bit format).

I defined a custom color table which is just opposite of gray, and this is applied to the image.

The Image displays properly, but saves the PNG file with non-inverted grayscale.

    U16 RAW file is titled "Martha 1849-02-001-6 - view0000_raw_grey_16bit.raw' and sent to ftp://ftp.ni.com/incoming. "

How is it and how do we get this working correctly?

    Thank you

No! your custom color table to display the images, not apply to the image.

In additional, it cannot save the palette as well as the 16-bit image. The pallet can be stored with 8-bit 'indexed' image.

What you can do - if you need just reverse gray, use IMAQ opposite to calculate the negative value of an image.

  • very slow file read/copy of WinXP to Win7

I have two PCs, it is WInXP, one is Win7.  On Win7, I produce read/copy of WinXP to Win7, it is very slow, about 10% of the 100 Mbps network (as indicated by the Task Manager and the status of file copy).  However, if I do the copy of file for WinXP to Win7, it is very fast, about 90% of the 100 Mbps.

It is using windows file sharing.

    Why is this?

Please note that all operations are done on the Win7 PC, I have not tried to do it on PC WinXP again.  There are a few problems with Windows XP, access to the share on the Win7 PC (which can access any other PC Win7).  But it is not so important.

I do regular files between WinXP PC at work, they are typically 50% of 100 Mbps.

    Thank you.

System is very slow when the copy of the files. The dialog box "Donostiarra" is for a very long time. Everytime I open a folder there is a green bar which crosses the address as it is scanning, that takes a lot of time as well. Looks like that has happened to Vista and I was able to disable something that allowed a quick copy of files. Anyone know a fix for this problem in Windows 7.

  • Transfers of extremely slow files on the home network 802.11 g

    Hello

I have a home network with only two devices (more the router) on this subject.  The first is a portable computer, the second is a desktop PC / multimedia.

My problem is that when I try to transfer a file from one computer to another, the transfer is terribly slow (for example, a 200 MB file will take 30 minutes).  I know that we cannot wait to be as fast as advertised wireless transfer rates by the manufacturer, but 100 kb/s is just too slow - especially when you consider that I can download files from the internet (on the home network, through the same router) to > 600 kb / s.  So, while I am very confused of what could be the problem, I'm pretty of course it is not a question of signal strength (and leaning me more towards a PC issue rather than a router problem).
I looked online and saw people suggests to disable remote differential Compression and WIndows meeting space (which I did on both computers) - but my problem persists.

Someone at - it any other suggestions?

    Thank you!

  • Very slow file copy speeds

    Hello

Recently, I myself have built a new PC and am currently under Windows 8 Pro about this. I had a problem with copying files between spaces of storage/drives on the PC. Whenever I start a file copy/move operation, the speed starts usually at a respectable speed (ie. 40 - 50 MB/s) and then quickly descends and hovers somewhere between 50 Kbps - 800 KB/s, sometimes up to 0 KB/s for a few minutes. Try to copy a large file (ie. 10 GB) takes a few hours/days where on all my other machines it would normally take a few minutes. I tried to use Teracopy to see if it could work around the problem, but it seems to have the same problem. If I transfer a file from my laptop to the computer over the network (leave the laptop to control transfers) he will sit at a constant 5-8 MB/s well. Even less than ideal but much faster than what he does internally. I have also updated the bios on my M/B to the latest version just to rule out it as a problem does not.
I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction on this problem and help me figure out what causes the congestion. If it helps the machine is an i5 3570 k, Asrock Extreme 4 M/B, 16 GB of DDR3 ram and a Gigabyte 7950 GPU. I have also several HARD drives more a 830 SSD from Samsung for the system drive.
If anyone can help me with this problem I would be very happy!
    Thank you!
    Chris

Sorry guys for not not getting back to this sentence. I managed to solve my problem.

I thought I would test all HARD drives in the storage space and running a benchmark on them to see if they are any ball game. It turns out that one of them was not. Its read/write speeds were about 1% of what all other players received.
So I think problem solved... FAKE! My storage pool was divided into several spaces more that contains media files on single spaces more personal files and photos etc on two way mirrors spaces. It turns out that you can't remove just a drive from the pool as you can in WHSv1 if there is single spaces in the pool. I ended up having to save all my data on another PC (fortunately I do anyway!), remove all the spaces of the pool and then he'd let me remove the drive from the pool. After that, I could finally rebuild all the spaces and then copy all the data back on.
If MS wants this technology to be taken seriously, they NEED to implement a way to replace failed or upgrade to larger without records to delete all the data, or it is next to useless.
I hope this could help someone...
