  This is confirmed as a bug in CS5.5. Change the name of the file to .mpg .mov is a work-around, prompting the charger in order to use a code path native Quicktime vs. This bug does not exist in CS5 (file play in real time). Adobe: wouldn't it wiser for the loader native to try to load the file first and if she can't, define metadata to load via Quicktime for subsequent loads?   Hi everyone, I was just wondering how to reduce the resolution of the reading/preview while3 editing in Premiere Pro CS4? I'm editing 720 p video (.mov format, that's what my camera takes pictures, so I don't think I can change that). All I see when I right click in the source monitor is "quality > high, rough, automatic. Is there anything else that I can choose? (kind of in aftermath, where you can set it to 1/2, 1/4, etc.). I searched the internet for the better part of the day and what I found is that 'quality' menu I mentioned earlier.

  It is always very slow to look on the 'project', and it doesn't look like it's much more of a difference in quality. Now, my laptop isn't exactly the rendered beast that I wish it were, but it can handle 720 p [slowly] in after effects so I think it should work first too.

  CS5 offers specific options like 1/2 and 1/4.  Earlier versions offered only full, project and Auto.

  A new computer is probably in order.  Your link isn't a bad option.  (Even if you need to add at least two drives more.)

  I'm working as a post-production service & whenever I'm working on a project is opened on a different end of 2013 Mac Pro there a serious delay in the reading made their first essentially unusable.

  In collaboration with 1080 p. MXF files, only a few layers of audio and video. Not a lot of effects, usually just a LUT. Sometimes a stabilizer of the chain.

  I disabled Composite overview over the filling, changed the rendering engine Software only, so that deleted my cache of media. I also tried to make the files on my computer before, but that does not work either...

  Why my machine is acting as a poison, apparently "infect" any project file that comes across it to any other computer cannot work on this?

  It's a very good question!

  To return to your original message from your MacPro basically 'corruption' projects... you can open your project on one of your systems, make sure that it's all good then save and download this project, duplicate, then open on your MacPro, save and download that as well. In this way we can compare project files and see if the MacPro is doing anything for the project to the folder itself.

  The other option is to simply wipe the first completely out of your MacPro (making sure that you get rid of all preference files, cache files, etc.) and reinstall. Sorry - not ideal and boring - but there are so many variables with these things, it's really hard to offer really specific advice.

  Separate your cache of the project media isn't a bad thing at all - it probably help rather than hindrance.

  Also, it is not ideal for projects between different versions. Ideally, all your creation systems must be running the same exact version to make sure it all happens very well.

  Yes Hello, as the title says that videos go slowly after I stop em watch on something else, specifically in a site called animeplus.tv I watch the videos, then I stop em for a bit to check something else, or another video on another site, or according to the right, the thing is when I come back to this video and resume playback , it, it gets very slow playback, the sound is fine, but the video itself does not work properly, until now I've just seen this issue happens in this Web site, but is maybe the flash drive? I don't know that I removed an addon that I well that could be the problem but is not. and when I try this on Google Chrome, it works very well, I stop the video recording for other stuff, and the video still plays as usual. so I hope for a few ideas into what it takes to cause I love Firefox and I don't want to transfer to a different browser.

  We are currently developing an e-learning in Captivate where the learner has the ability to create a personalized avatar to be used throughout the online learning. Now we come to the conclusion that we must develop 54 similar projects, but each with a different avatar. E-learning itself is also quite complex, so development time will be huge.   OK so here's my advice:

  • Using a MP4 instead of an image PNG is a bad idea.  You will lose a lot of bandwidth and probably compromised the user experience with download times and slow playback.  An image will always be easier to work than a video.
  • If there are only so many components of these avatars and you assemble each avatar using a small subset of images (body, face, hair, etc.), then you can place all the on a slide at the beginning all to be programmed for the rest of the project and then control their visibility for the duration of the project through the sharing of conditional Actions triggered on slide enter for each slide.  In this way, you can use the same path for all users.
  • If possible I suggest you that you simplify the number of combinations of avatar to a handful.  If you do then you could get away with just having each avatar image fully assembled and then shown or hidden by the actions.  This should have very little overall impact on your published project size.

  You must use Acrobat 3D JavaScript to control playback. There are two options, neither of which is particularly simple:

  (1) to recreate the U3D model so it contains several different animation 'sequences' rather than a long. JS, you can then choose which of them you want to be active (by name or number) using the scene.activateAnimation () method, then this sequence plays when the toolbar buttons are used. Departure and to pause playback is carried out using runtime.pause () and runtime.play (). You should do something like this:

• Update slow frame rate during playback of videos

  Hello and thanks for the display on the HP support forums.  If you have gone through removal and installation of the drivers and make sure they are all pilots of fixes.  You've gone and made sure all the apps are closed so that they do not have the resources.  You've done everything you can do on one aspect of the software.

  Unless you haven't tried alternative media players.

  Have you updated adobe flash player?

  You click the battery icon, it might be on the power saving mode.

  Management Power Options (Windows 8)

  Search for free media players in google.  VLC is one of those that I use all the time because it has all the codecs.

  I recently bought a friend and: 30 and he says that he cannot use idle on playback.
  He says he can save in slomo.

  You can save in Slow Motion but can not playback of videos in slow motion
  You can play only movies that have been recorded in slow motion

  If this delay seems to play only the movies and audio by using the CD/DVD drive, then you should check this short work around:

  1) access Device Manager
  (2) expand the IDE ATA/ATAPI option
  (3) go to the primary IDE channel-> properties-> Advanced settings
  (4) here, you should check if DMA if available has been chosen
  If it s not set to DMA if available, then remove the primary IDE channel of the list of devices and reboot the laptop.
  After that the laptop has started again, check again the single point and check if DMA if available appears again
