SmartList do not recognize the purchases account number

I'm under GP 2010.  I'm trying to run a SmartList Payables transactions.  I can get a list of invoices for the ID of the seller that interests me, and when I dig on a particular transaction, I can of course see the purchasing account number in the distribution.  However, when I include the field of purchases account number in my search criteria, I get an empty list.  I use the wrong field in my search?  I see no other options that seem like they could possibly be what I want.
