  Based on your description, I would deduct low or weak signal from your mobile service provider.   When I turn off my laptop the fan starts to spin then and during a night, it drains the battery from 100% to 0. I also have some problems of marketing.   Since you're on BES, you really should work with your BES admin... they have a lot of things and it is possible that they apply an expiration that you aren't aware of the control.

  Your phone is obviously having software problems.  As such, you must reload the operating system of your phone.  Any other suggestion is just going to skirt the issue; You must get the brain of your charge phone.

  To do this, connect your phone to your PC and open BlackBerry Desktop Software.  Click the device in the upper part of the software and then update.

  Looks like something is corrupt, as wipe you it I loaded the OS to a newer version if possible.

  Manual device OS upgrade instructions:

  1. start by searching for your operator and the system operating file that you want to use.

  5. This step is not necessary unless there is a problem on the next steps. Use BBSAK from BBSAK.org and wipe the device (after doing a full backup), then after you get the 507 error (no OS installed) then proceed to step 6

  6 remove the internet connection for PC and reboot the PC.

  7. plug the BlackBerry and double-click on "Loader.exe." It is located in the same place as the above vendor.xml file was in.
