  This is because the icon is controlled by something else... a message in your message list. Try this:

  • Home screen > Messages > > search

  Set as follows (may vary depending on your operating system device):

  • Search type: Local
  • Name: any address field
  • Subject of Message:
  • Include encrypted Messages: Yes
  • Service: All Services
  • Folder: All files
  • Living room: Open only
  • Type: all the

  As long as you don't have hundreds of other messages unread on your BB, you should then quickly be able to find the AppWorld... Remove and the icon should disappear.

  I have a problem with the icon on a Bold 9790 email box. This is the icon of the envelope with the blue turning the planet.

  I have two email accounts configured in the Options-> e-mail accounts.

  However, only one is displayed on the screen.

  Who does not have the envelope-and-planet icon can receive messages in the global Messages menu, but it's confusing, because this mailbox emails mingle with calls, BBM and electronic messages in the Inbox mailbox on the other.

  How can I solve this?

  2. Click on the Menu button
  3. Go to Options
  4. Click the Inbox settings or the Inbox management
  5. Uncheck the accounts you no longer want to have in your list of Messages

  Read further in the forum and noticed that someone had the same problem.  I removed and re - add my e-mail address.  Problem solved.

  Try to make a first battery pull.  If it doesn't work, call your carrier so that they can update your blackberry services.

• Z10 blackBerry I delete an e-mail from the hub, but it still shows and will not disappear.

  It is removed in the e-mail account on my pc but not on the phone, it continues to show on the hub and also e-mail account well. I don't want to wipe the phone, restart, shutdown and restart does not remove it.   I recently changed email address personal and added new on my device. Then I tried to delete old addresses, but when I go to the configuration of email, it is only showing my new email addresses and not the "old". I don't receive email from the old addresses (or at least they do not display in my folder of message or when I click on the icons, so I guess I don't get them), but the icons are still on my desktop screen. I hid them, but how do I get rid of them completely? Thank you!

  After I posted this, I have done some more research on the Forum and found this thread http://supportforums.blackberry.com/rim/board/message?board.id=8300&message.id=36199&query.id=210577...  I did urumilton suggested by entering the service books and removing books from service for old accounts... and voila! The icons are more on the desktop! YAY!

• Reminders will not disappear.

  Since the upgrade to Sierra, I've got two callbacks that will not disappear. I have mark complete and they immediately pop up again. They are not yet listed in the application of reminders or calendar, so I have no idea how to get rid of them. Any suggestions? I don't want to disable notifications entirely for reminders that I use frequently.

  I had this problem too. Signing on and to iCloud it resolved for me and no more iCloud related issue.

  I work in a marketing agency that uses two Apple TV in the hall to showcase some of our work as a screensaver constantly loop... and I am responsible to keep them up-to-date.

  Until I can convince management that it is time to move to the new Apple TV, we're stuck with the 2nd generation... who have not been very cooperative since replaced Photos iPhoto, however well long ago that was.

  Here's my question:

  Several old and outdated photos only will not disappear, including (but not limited to) several slides celebrate the 35th anniversary of the company (which was in 2015) and a few promotional pieces for a customer who have employees who work don't are more there (we were specifically asked to remove these parts). As you can probably guess, these are not good things for clients to see when they come to our office.

  I deleted the photos of Photos on our Mac (under the last El Capitan). I have reset the Apple TV. I have reset the connection home sharing on both ends. I disconnected and then reconnected to iCloud... once again, on both ends (the two ends being the ATV and the Mac).

  I have not been able to get something new to show lately, either, but my main concern right now is to remove the old stuff.

  Am I on?

  Photos of the screen saver are temporarily cached, you can go into the settings - screen saver to set a new batch of pictures.

  I looked around for this and for some reason any couldn't find.
  
  Basically I have notifications that will not disappear at all. Even if I get to the bottom of a cat, I send a message or "mark as read" to get rid of the notification.

  The answer is always the same. The Skype latest version 7.15.X.105 is affected by bugs resulting in messages are not sorted correctly, not marked as read and in some cases showing does not correctly edited messages in the chat window. The solution currently available is to revert to the previous version of Skype.

I'm not familiar with the functions of establishment of the arrangement of the desktop icon and this is the first time I met this kind of problem.
