Highlight the date of your most recent texts in your Inbox (ie. today...) Wed, December 17, 2008) and click on the blackberry button, then click on delete before.

    It should work!

and if your sent messages are hidden, press alt + o (for outbound messages), and do the same thing for this!

  • Smartphones blackBerry how to remove all calendar events?

I am a new BB user (changed of the years as a Palm bigot) who bought just a "BOLD". I do not use a BES to sync but use the BB Desktop Mgr for calendar and contacts.

After my first couple of USB sync, I have duplicate calendar on my device that must be deleted. My outlook calendar is "free duplication", but the unit needs to be cleaned up clean of the calendar events, so I can start again.

How can I delete all events in the calendar of my "BOLD" device so I can sync it with a clean Outlook start?

  • Smartphones blackBerry how to transfer all the data from my BlackBerry/Outlook to new computer

    Nice day

I am currently using a Torch 9800 on my old Dell using Microsoft Outlook 2003.  I just bought a new Dell computer and installed Microsoft Office 2010 with Outlook.  I would like to transfer all my data from my BlackBerry Torch / Outlook to my new computer.

Can I install BlackBerry desktop on my new computer and just sync with my flashlight or do I make a back-up to my old computer and restore the backup file to my new computer?

    Thank you.

It depends on what everything you want moved. You can google for more information about how to transfer all your Outlook, including mail settings and all of your PIM data.

If it's just the calendar, tasks and address book data, then if your BB has everything you want on it, then you can install BDS on the new computer and set up a synchronization one-way system your BB to Outlook to transfer everything in the new perspective. Once it is on both devices settings of two-way synchronization.

I would like to make a backup of your BB before you do any synchronization to a new computer, just in case where you screw up the sync and removes the BB PIM data.

  • Smartphones blackBerry how to remove apps?

    Hello world

I know that this is probably the most stupid question, you have already heard, but how to remove the applications on my Tour that I didn't not download? I don't use AIM, Yahoo! Messenger, or something like that, and I can't understand how to remove them. When I select the application and click the menu button, there is no option 'remove '. I have also some NFL app that was installed after the update, I certainly don't need. If anyone can help me, I would really appreciate it! =)

If they are I think, these are in fact the icons of your carrier and no requests. If it's true the best you can do is hide. Alternatively, you can do the following, if they are indeed applications:

Go to options > applications > menu > discovers modules > remove all modules that indicate the name of the application.

  • Smartphones blackBerry how to remove it?

I don't know how I managed to get that way, but I want to know what it is and how to remove it? I tried to look in the book for this glossary of icons - nothing. Its the one circled in red. I do not remember how he got there, but I not went. If anyone can help me that will be nice!

This icon is a feature of "Enhanced call Audio" available during a phone call. To change to call select the Blackberry Menu button, then "Enhanced call Audio ' and select 'Normal '. This will remove the icon.

I have a bb curve 8520... and I want to know how to select all the contacts in my repertoire at a time and copy them to my SIM card...

    Hello

You can't - it is at once, by design. In addition, it is not the best place to put your data... anything beyond name and phone number will be lost. Contacts with several phone numbers will be will roll up upward with multiple entries. According to what is your real goal, there is probably a much better way to accomplish what you need.

    Good luck!

Those who can not be deleted permanenty.

You can do a reset on the MyWorld, but apps will reappear.

    1. open the App World
    2. go to my world
    3. to focus on the BB keyboard - hold down the ALT key and press "RST."
    4. If your BB locks after issuing clear cache, do a battery pull reboot

And finally after a restart of the device, they will see the likley again on the rise.

  • Smartphones blackBerry how to remove an email 'saved' from your torch? (I'm constantly four new messages on the phone all the time and can't get rid of them!)

    Hi all

I am somewhat a dufus and a few minutes ago has managed to highlight four emails (that I had intended to remove a small group), but managed to click on the "SAVE MESSAGE" by mistake. (Touch screens, bloody!)

It has a small window saying "BACKUP MESSAGES", and since then, even if later I deleted the four emails, have a permanent icon red STAR on two of my email accounts, which indicates that there is a session of NEW MESSAGES waiting to be read - but are not everything.

Also - at the top of the screen on the home page of the torch, in the same vein where the SOUNDS and the GLASS GROSSISSANT icon, I constantly for the symbol for 4 EMAILS sitting there, which usually only appears when there are actually four new e-mails waiting to be read. When I actually select the email icon, it only shows nothing - it's because there is NO NEW MESSAGES!

Jeezzz... It was like him for 20 minutes, but he's really starting to annoy me! I did a power of battery pull reset hoping that it would open up when it re-initialized - but he didn't. The * beep * things me are still there watching. It seems that I have now deleted these four emails I've "saved", that I now can't access it to "possibly" the.

Oh, and I do not use Exchange or something like that. I just got a bog standard torch, which simply reads a number of my POP email accounts Therefore, they are not saved on a Server Anywhere, as they were (at least 2 days) old emails that were downloaded on my computer for a long time and are no longer sitting on a server anyway - so God only knows where they have in fact been saved to.

    Help!

HM.  Good, I don't save my messages, but let's try it.

Open a folder of messages, press the BB menu button and select view folders.  There must be a folder for saved messages available.

  • Z10 blackBerry how to remove all entries from the Local calendar?

My calendar shows my email entered account and all is well.  However, I think that when I transferred all of my Bold 9900 he faces a bunch of entries in the local calendar (House) that I don't want.  I would like to delete all entries in the local calendar.  How can I do this?  Thank you!

Unfortunately you can't remove individual events right now. The fastest way to remove events is the 'Month' tab, then tap and hold events in the list and select 'Delete' from the side menu.
