Smartphones blackBerry reboot loop problem.
Hi, after upgrading about six applications without a reboot, I left the phone reboo himself and he entered in restart mode again and again, after an hour or two I pulled the battery and waited. When I reinserted the battery it does exactly the same thing. I have managed to put the phone in safe mode now but he cannot return to normal, can anyone help?

Please try this sequence... Note that, throughout the whole 4h15m process, your BB should stay connected to a good charger (not the USB PC):
- With battery, connect your BB to the wall charger
- Leave it alone for 2 hours, no matter what the LED or the screen not
- Remove the battery
- Wait 15 minutes
- Insert the battery
- Wait another 2 hours, no matter what the LED or the screen not
This has been known to "revive" some BBs.
It is also possible that your battery or BB has encountered a problem... to test, this sequence is necessary:
- Get a known good and already fully charge battery... use it in your BB and see what happens
- Get access to a BB good and the same known... use your battery in there and see what happens
The results of this will show if your BB or your battery that has the problem. Note that 'new' and 'well known' are not necessarily the same thing... Although rare, that a 'new' battery may be defective. The best way to do this test is to find an identical BB which has no problems... trade in batteries and see what happens.
In addition, I recommend that you try to start safe mode:

It will take several attempts to get the combination of keys ESC (press/release/hold) OK, so be patient. When properly in Safe Mode, thinking... what happened just before this behavior started? A new application? An update? A theme? Something else? Think carefully that the slightest change can be causal... and try to undo all that was.

Excuse me, I have a blackberry with OS 7.1 9900
and I have a problem of notification, which occur when there is a bbm / fb / nothing else.
When I click on this notification in the bar notifcation, it act normally and then open the message / fb / bbm / whatever it is,.
and when I've done and press the back button to go to the home screen, the notification is still there. always in the toolbar State, but the icon in the notification already bar disappears, until I have shut the drawer and open it again to she disappear. How to fix this bug? usually, I restart my phone and it works. but another 10 minutes, the problem comes again.
This bug is reallly annoying me. Please give me a solution. Thank you

FYI - Your indignation is misplaced. This site has nothing to do with any formal support. On the contrary, this site is a community of users to volunteers who do their best, while also living their own lives occupied, to troubleshoot other kind souls to the best of their ability. There is no requirement for all voluntary meet any position whether... everything is voluntary, which is given to you by the goodness of their hearts. All they ever receive in return is gratitude... so unworthy of these volunteers can be a bit off-putting, I think.
In any case you say you reboot and for a while, things are OK, but then the problem shows once again. Which could be a few different things... a bad OS... a bad app behave... maybe same material (although I doubt that your description so far).
Have you checked for an OS updated for your BB? Since you said only 7.1 (OS levels have 4 bytes, not 2) and later does not reveal your carrier, there is no way to help you... but you can help you in this regard:

For some time (2 or more weeks), I have problem with my emails. Some of them come with delays to the aircraft, some of them come at all. Resemble delays of 15 minutes up to a few hours. For example: today last email I received at 07:40 on the interval, during the day I got 30 + emails and I don't have on the device. I called to the Poland of T - Mobile, but it seems that they don't care. "We're sorry, we're working on that, we'll fix it...". ». I called them last week, yesterday, an official complaint was sent by post 3 days ago. Still nothing. Is there another solution for this problem? Your device, that's all that you can do the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):
(1) registry HRT
- KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network
- Please wait a 'registration' message reach your Messages application
(2) remove and return Service directories
- KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
- If you do not have access CMIME, continue deleting
- KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service
- Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.
(3) restart to take batt
- With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.
If this does not it, it's on the door-side (as they have told you), and unless you have a way to fight them, you must wait for them to solve. You can, of course, check your contract documentation to see if it is at any point in the required resolution that they must respect... that normally would require so some financial remedies to their users. I have no idea what your contract might say in this regard, however.

- Perform a simple reboot on the BlackBerry this way: with smart BlackBerry poweredphone, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart.

My wife just got a Blackberry "BOLD". We have a lot of trouble with it.
I bought a 4GB Kingston memory card and installed. I'm going to settings-> Options-> memory. I have the card Support 'On '. Encryption mode 'None. Unfortunately, the video link for 8830 and curve. However, I retried card insertion and I figured out that I hadn't pushed it pretty hard. There to snap in flush before closing the door. Guess I was unaccustomed to the MicroSD card. If it is inserted correctly, a message appears confirming that a multimedia card is available.
Then go to settings-> Options-> memory. Here you can format. Note There are no parameters-> Options-> Media Card as other BBs.
Once you have done so, you will find the appropriate options appear for example, when you use the camera, you can store the pictures from the camera or media card.

Q10 Q10 blackBerry reboot loop
Removed the wall charger of the Q10 and noticed it restarted, logo blackberry flashed, so I thought that he should of restarted. Q10 had been connected to the charger when turned on. Flashed the Red led once then logo flashed again to the top and flashed red light once more. And this was the loop since then. Blackberry link can connect only for a few seconds the device will restart all few seconds.
My guess is the device was not charging for a reason, and the battery ran down until the device turns off. Maybe the current was interrupted. Maybe something with the unit. Maybe something with the charger or the cable or the plug on the cable.
I guess that you probably use the same charger now, so it would seem that the charger is good.
Me, I would start looking to make sure that the device recharges the battery whenever you plug the charger. If not, take a look and see if there is an effect when you press a bit one way or another on the male USB, the USB cable handling, and so on, everything you can think of that might be due to an intermittent failure.

Hello, I own a BlackBerry Curve 9300 with OS 6. Everything worked very well with the device, no problem at all, but suddenly a few days ago my camera got off while the battery was still 80% charged, when I plugged in the charger, something strange happened. An on-screen indicator showed that the battery has but actually get the battery is not getting charged at all. I tried to change the battery, I even tried to change the charger but no luck. Need help!
Thanks for the additional info. I had a similar problem with my 9300, I first noticed when the charger/usb cord has been connected to the phone there was the game in mind. When I plugged in the laptop connection would constantly go in and out. After closer inspection, remove the case, I noticed a couple of tiny pins that attach to the female usb port / phone card were corroded making little or no contact. He broke finally all together and cost £25 to fix.
To eliminate or confirm this as your problem, before you take your BB out there are a few things you could try.
(1) connect it to a laptop or PC via a usb port. Through your control panel (on PC) to a value of 2 different alert sounds, 1 to connect a device and 1 to disconnect a device to the computer and see if it is down on its own.
(2) If you have one, use a universal plug in battery charger. Remove the battery and charge it regardless of your BB. When / if she perceives a pop back in and see what that charge there.
