Smartphones blackBerry with emails problem

Hello

For some time (2 or more weeks), I have problem with my emails. Some of them come with delays to the aircraft, some of them come at all. Resemble delays of 15 minutes up to a few hours. For example: today last email I received at 07:40 on the interval, during the day I got 30 + emails and I don't have on the device. I called to the Poland of T - Mobile, but it seems that they don't care. "We're sorry, we're working on that, we'll fix it...". ». I called them last week, yesterday, an official complaint was sent by post 3 days ago. Still nothing. Is there another solution for this problem? My camera BB9900 with OS 7.1 worm 2061 (v. 7.1.0.714, platform 5.1.0.532).

Your device, that's all that you can do the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):

(1) registry HRT

  • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network
  • Please wait a 'registration' message reach your Messages application

(2) remove and return Service directories

  • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
  • If you do not have access CMIME, continue deleting
  • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service
  • Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.

(3) restart to take batt

  • With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

If this does not it, it's on the door-side (as they have told you), and unless you have a way to fight them, you must wait for them to solve. You can, of course, check your contract documentation to see if it is at any point in the required resolution that they must respect... that normally would require so some financial remedies to their users. I have no idea what your contract might say in this regard, however.

    However, the command ADB device, always produces an empty list. Yes: blocking of the antivirus programs or firewall is disabled and the PRIV is developermode...

    Some people have said, things would work, if the original google drivers were used. I tried them. Their installation is o.k., but whenever the phone is plugged in, the google driver is replaced and things are as before.

    I also had very friendly and deep assistance by the developers of "myphoneexplorer". But now I don't know everything yet.

    Anyone know how to solve this?

    Does anyone know (guess nit) if possible based ADB ist synchronization with the PRIVATE at all, or is it impossible because of aspects of system design?

    SOLVED

    Pilots, PRIV sets when connected to Win7 64 bit and Win10 64 bit are o.k. and adapted. (Other OS were not tested)

    The Version of adb.exe, AdbWinApi.dll and AdbWinUsbApi.dll seems to be crucial. The version in the package minimal_adb_fastboot_v1.3.1 works great!

    Those are installed, the PRIV to behave as expected.

    So thanks a lot to the guys at myphoneexplorer. Never in my life had such extraordinary and great support!

    I recently changed my password to my Hotmail account. BlackBerry then sent me a message inviting me to change the password in my email from my Blackberry Torch configuration section.

    To obtain a more accurate reading, activate your phone to use the network as GPS settings.

    Go to Options > device > do site settings, scroll to the place making it easier to choose Enabled for adjustment.

    With the network (the cell tower information) parameters and GPS working together, your accuracy should improve.  I have no explanation why your GPS alone is not very accurate (very strange), but try what I suggested.

    Yes, a wipe will delete all user data and perhaps all the 3rd party apps... see these for reference:

    If you use your BB (I'm not on this point), you can make a backup of your data first with Desktop software and then restore after completing the BB ID wipe and other things..., it would be better to wait the restoration before know of things work well, just in case where:

    Try one of the following - option

    1. when your device is turned on, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery. This do a reboot your device that addresses minor issues with the BlackBerry.

    3. have a backup of your device data and then have a security wipe. Options > Security > Security Wipe. Enter "blackberry" without the quotes. This will delete all your data from the device.

    4. consider the update/reinstall the OS device.

    I had the same problem with mine.  It was a useful document of KB.

    In the end, my timing problem origin because the BES was originally installed on the computer with a BESAdmin account but I later upgraded the Blackberry Manager software when connected under one administrator account.  This has led some of the services that run under administrator instead of BESAdmin BB.

    I open the services console and manually changed all services to start under BESAdmin instead of the administrator and voila - perfect synchronization.  Give than to try and check out the KB document.

    I have a BB Bold 9900 and went to use a flashlight app already installed on the phone.  The phone closed and restarted.   When it started back I lost everything?  Don't know why or how.  What I'm concerneced everything becomes everything back.   I was able to recover images lost with a data recovery program.  That being said I'm sure I can do the same for the other missing information, contacts and emails etc...   What I can not find and have looked everywhere on the support forums is what is the name of the contacts folder and where he might be going through windows Explorer.   No, I was not smart enough to make a backup of the phone before it went then restore on a precedent to back up is completely out of the question.   Thanks in advance for any direction or help with my problem.

    FYI - Your indignation is misplaced. This site has nothing to do with any formal support. On the contrary, this site is a community of users to volunteers who do their best, while also living their own lives occupied, to troubleshoot other kind souls to the best of their ability. There is no requirement for all voluntary meet any position whether... everything is voluntary, which is given to you by the goodness of their hearts. All they ever receive in return is gratitude... so unworthy of these volunteers can be a bit off-putting, I think.

    In any case you say you reboot and for a while, things are OK, but then the problem shows once again. Which could be a few different things... a bad OS... a bad app behave... maybe same material (although I doubt that your description so far).

    Have you checked for an OS updated for your BB? Since you said only 7.1 (OS levels have 4 bytes, not 2) and later does not reveal your carrier, there is no way to help you... but you can help you in this regard:

I am afraid that I did not understand all options regarding the synchronization of my 8310 with Vista calendar still; However, I had success sync my Blackberry with Contacts in Windows Vista, the other day.  After you load the Blackberry Desktop Software, go and click on synchronize, and then click the Configuration tab.  On this tab, click on the button "configure Synch... ».  This brings you to a screen that allows you to choose which office program you want to use to synchronize your info.  Select address book and then click on the "Settings" button... ».  Select Microsoft Outlook Express and click on "next >".  Select what kind of synchronization that you want to perform (if you want a clock 2 channels or just for the synchronization from your phone to the computer or the computer to the phone) and click on "next >", and then finish.  Go out and return to the Configuration tab, click the Sync tab and tap sync now.  Even if you have selected Microsoft Outlook Express for synchronization, to synchronize automatically with Windows Contacts for Vista.  (Or at least mine did).  I hope this helps!

    • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery.
