  OK, this question is related to the functioning of the storm records. Specifically, on the SD in my Storm.

  I finally got a few songs on my Storm and they play very well. However... I don't like the way 'standard' storm affects up to my music files. Normally, I like to create/name my own files with associated music in each of them.

  I can open my Storm SD card or folders in Windows Explorer and change them around and rename and all that. I can also do it in the (Roxio) Media Manager. HOWEVER... once I've made these changes, name changes to folder/don't take place on the phone.

  The ideas people?

  OK, I'm not an expert on such things, but have gone through a lot of the same pain.

  1 JSanders is correct, BB will organize and display music files based on data associated with files.  Your directory structure does not control that.  You don't need even a structure of directory on your SD card.

  2 Save. you the trouble and stop using Roxio, VCast or any other desktop as a means of file transfer application to and keeping them on your BB.  Use a music library of your choice - RealPlayer, Windows Media Player application, some - to organize your library Office in this folder structure you like.  Use this application in addition to set the file attributes you want to see reflected on the BB - that is to say in your kind of title, Album, say alternative Office library, no matter what.

  3. connect your BB to the office using mass storage Mode - if you don't know how to do this, there are other threads that address it, if I can explain it.  This essentially will allow to see and interact with the BB as if it were just another drive.  Open the two explorers windows containing the (office computer) source and destination locations of directories (BB SD card, L: drive on my machine), delete all music from your BB and start drag and drop your music as well as its directory structure of your hard drive on your SD card.

  4. to logout, BB will take a few seconds to minutes to read the files in his PB.  Once you could see things in the way that you expect.

  5. However, if not, or if there is always stray files not organized as expected, you can go to every file on your hard drive. Do a right click and properties; GoTo Summary tab and click on advanced if it is the first time, you've been there; directly replace the attributes of the file that are presented in the screen that ensued.  Click Ok.  Then repeat steps 3 and 4 above, or at least for files, you have edited this way.

  Let me know if this is not clear and if Yes if it works.

  I also had the same problem. First of all, you should check if you have 6 OS or the OS 7.0 / 7.1 on your device. If more, BBM 7.0 does not work.

  2. uninstall / remove the BBM existing and without work on our device.

  3. save the device, and then restart.

  4. install a clean version of BBM 7 using the key code.

  5. do not start / launch BBM 7.0.

  6. restart the devide again.

  7 launch BBM 7.0 and enable wireless. Now the problem I would make is that BlackBerry ID was not be launched. However, after 4-5 hours, got ID connected and the 7.0 BBM started working.

  If the problem persists, then I suggest to install the backup on the device and wait the good version available as and when in your country.

  Hi all! I just received my Pearl 8130 and I get all the time to install Desktop Manager. My carrier is US Cellular, and my phone is using v4.3.0.97. I have loaded the CD on my computer (XP), and it took FOREVER to install DM 4.3. However, throughout the process, missed me him a lot of registry files, a lot of alphanumeric strings long delimited by {}. I decided to go online and look for an improved and found version 4.7, so I downloaded and installed as well. Now, DM does not load, the Device Manager is disabled, and DM is closed. I have to CTRL-ALT-DEL to close. I can't uninstall DM 4.3 now because I get the message "this action is only valid for products that are installed." I can't uninstall 4.7 DM because I get the message "error 1500" Another installation is in progress. You must complete that installation before continuing this one. "I am really frustrated because DM 4.3 would work at least, it just does not recognize my phone. I need help! Thanks in advance!

  I installed the software for mac Pocket mac and it can't even connect to my blackberry via USB.

  I hope someone can point me in the right direction on a SQL query writing. Sorry if this is getting a bit long but I want to provide enough information to get help I need.
  
  Here's the skinny:
  
  I wrote a CRM system that allow users to keep their list of clients (names and mailing address, etc.). Every 2 months (Consultants) users can connect and order/send their clients (Customers) personalized mailing brochures where brochures to get a personal message printed on them to the sender.
  
  I have a MySQL database with 4 tables.
  
  Table 1: Consultants - registered users

  The problem is that a Consultant can order more than one during each cycle.
  
  So I want to be able to do is query the DB, find all the consultants who have placed an order - but only pull THE MOST RECENT order as the newOrder - and then extract customers all advisers to compile a master merge.
  
  What I'm doing right now is first run a query to find consultants have several orders of the current cycle. Then I go and manually delete duplicate orders. Once it's done I then run this query:

• Hi all, I'm Mike. I'm a newbie here and hoping for more help with my Aspire 5735

  Hi, as above, I bought the Aspire 5735 several years now. It is running Vista Home Premium SP2 and became excruciatingly slow. When first started it becomes unusable for a while during which it seems to be the continuous disk activity. I tried to look in the Task Manager to see what is happening, but that itself takes an age to start and then not show anything unusual. I also tried all the usual stuff such as disk cleanup, defragmentation and even had use CCleaner and clearing out the prefetch folder, but nothing helped.

  I finally decided that the only option is to use two recovery disks that I created when it was new in an attempt to restore it to factory State but I can't find information on the way to recovery. If anyone can help with this, I would be very grateful.
