Snail-like macbook pro help (report EtreCheck)
For the last few days my macbook pro mid 2012 OS X Mavericks 10.9.5, acted like a snail. There is nearly constant beach-ball, several minutes to launch any application, jumping and stalling while watching movies via iTunes (both when you are connected to the internet and the internet connection is off) making it impossible to watch and programs messages no longer. I uninstalled most of third-party programs such as DivX and Adobe Creative Cloud. I deleted what I could to free the memory. I ran diagnostics with command D while booting. It has not detected any problem. I spent most of the day to make suggestions for troubleshooting this support forum and others and it's still a snail. Help, please! Here's my EtreCheck spreadsheet.

Start the MBP in the recovery partition and in the menu 4 option, select disk utility.

- Open Safari, go to the Safari menu > Preferences > General and set Google as homepage. Then, choose Google as your default search engine.
If you use Google Chrome as the web browser: -.
- Open Google Chrome.
- In the upper right corner of the page, click on the Chrome Chrome menu > settings.
- In the 'Search' section, select Google from the menu drop down.

MacBook Pro very slow / EtreCheck report available

For awhile, my Mac is really slow. It takes about 2 minutes to start, apps are returned for e period very extended before the launching and execution is really slow at all. I reinstalled the OS El Capitan several times, but it's not help. The SMC thing has also been reset. Rid the MBP of the torrent application. It has an excellent vehicle to introduce malicious software on a Mac.
Start the recovery partition and select in menu 4 disk utility. Run disk utility > first aid > repair.

First of all, I want to thank you all for the amount of time you have helped me sort my MacBook Pro in the past. As a lurker for a long time, I really appreciate the solutions that you have posted on this forum.
Unfortunately, my current problem has forced me to create an account to ask directly for your help!
I currently hold a * 13 inch MacBook Pro (Non-retine) mid-2012 (MacBook Pro9, 2), 16 GB RAM, 1 TB SSD * that runs OSX 10.11.5. It runs incredibly slow - it took me 20 seconds to open chrome and it shifted 10 seconds when I typed "Apple." I have no background applications running and the CPU usage is about 10%, RAM usage is only 2-3 GB.
There are several things I've tried:
- Back-Up my SSD and erase it entirely
- Reinstall the OSX. Because it is a MBP 2012, he has returned to the Mountain Lion, which was still slow.
- Updated to Yosemite OSX. Still slow.
- Upgrade to OSX El Capitan 10.11.3, then OSX 10.11.4 and currently OSX 10.11.5.
- I ran a complete test of material (in D now after starting MBP) - came out with "No problems Found".
- Reset PRAM and SRAM
- Thought it might be the star of indexing time so just let it sit on for 24 hours
- Tried to restore from a backup Time Machine when the laptop works well
- Erased from the new laptop and repeated OSX upgrade steps
- It was Safari that could be the cause, so I deleted the files in Safari from the folder "Cache" and "Preferences".
I apologize in advance if I have a few obvious things, please let me know. Thank you in advance for your help!

Impossible to install Adobe Air on the new MacBook Pro - Help!
I have a brand new MacBook Pro and I am trying to install a program of Real Networks, called rinse (clean up your iTunes). Rinsing the system, I get a message that says that the program requires Adobe Air and I will need to download and install it. I downloaded the Adobe Air Installer on the Adobe site, but when I go to install, no longer does anything - or it gives me an error message that I need Adobe Air to install Adobe Air (no sense). Specifically, I get the following message:

I found the right answer, thank God. Had trouble with this for a week.

Ive been trying to connect to my FaceTime and Messages using my iCloud on my new Macbook Pro, but it won't let me. A loading circle is displayed for hours. I tried to reset my password and restart my Macbook.It the same iCloud account that I use on my other devices. I also checked to see if my Macbook has been verified as my iphone and it tells me that it isn't but its still under my account iCloud for devices. Could be the problem? Can someone tell me how to fix it please!

Hi all
My Macbook runs very slowly, I tried a number of things suggested online but none worked. I recently went to a repair shop and they suggested it could be to do with the dataflex (not sure if this was exactly, but I remember it sounding similar.) They described as a hard drive to another internal component connection, sorry for the inaccuracy.) I have me am replaced, but this did not help either.
I downloaded the software EtreCheck and I was wondering if someone could help me to make light of the report on possible solutions? I have the feeling that it could be the hard drive needs to be replaced, but have no evidence of that. Verification has been run for the problem of "Beachballing" and got the sub report, please let me know if more info would be helpful. I hope it's telling in a way!

It looks like of course as evidence of a hard drive failing for me. Hard drives 2.5 "in the MacBook Pro tend to fail after 2-3 years. Judging by the date on your MacBook, I think that your time is up. Maybe try to find a different repair store. Looking for Service Center authorized Apple (https://locate.apple.com/).
I suggest upgrading to an SSD and increasing your RAM too. Then you have the hardware to run the last OS X 10.11.

Hi - I made a clean of El Capitan installation after that I erased everything on my macbook, because of the amount of waste for 3 years. But now he runs even slower that before I erased everything. And he constantly beachballing and freezer a lot since the clean install. PS. I also got El Capitan 10.11.2 before but now its 10.11.3 if it has something to say.
Someone from the community suggested that an EtreCheck was a good idea to tell if there is a problem. If anyone can help me with what's going on?

MDworker is the job that creates the Spotlight index.
I wondered if the part of the question with Yosemite and El Capitan is slow after upgrade is all that reindexing.
Menu utilities - activity monitory - check the MDS and the MDworker to see if they show great use of CPU.

Please launch the Console application in one of the following ways:

MacBook Pro keeps rebooting with panic report
Help, please! Any guidance/information is greatly appreciated! I've been googling and looking here already and don't find anything that helps. I ran extended Apple Hardware Test, and he said: 'no problem found. ' I deleted all the data/history/etc in all browsers. It didn't happen until I updated to the latest version of El Capitan. I first thought it was overheated or something because one thing I think is a model is the average temperature of cpu goes to 95 degrees Celsius, and then the reboot happens (that's why I was browsers of thought or something since I've had a ton of tabs open). I TG Pro to control temperatures of everything and put a rule for the auto fan so when avg cpu is 80 degrees celsius. It helps to keep the cooler, but still reboot happens. Could this be a virus? Is there something that I can install it like a virus scanner to check? I have a machine for backups, but never had time to use it (except for backup on it). Thank you, very much appreciated.
