• Highlights of a multicam project film full length

  I turned a concert of 40 minutes with 3 cameras and the customer wants 5 minute highlight reel of this concert. I would be reasonably comfortable untangle a film multicamera concert full length, but what I can not understand is how to make a film of highlights of the concert using multicam without getting into trouble. I did a whole show before multicams so I do just the best editing without Miss, but I imagined if I try and make a film of highlights using multicam, it could be problematic because I use the duration of the sequence. I don't want to have manually ensure synchronization of cuts with the music. I'm probably not explain very well so I apologize. Can I jump before five minutes in a configuration multicam for the bit I want without causing problems?

  If it was my first project thing I want to do, duplicate project as a snapshot to preserve the finish of the version.

  Can I create a new empty project and cut the selections of the copy to the salient facts project - probably using the blade tool - or the range tool.

• How to recreate some of the effects of instant film in PRE11?

  Yes, I know that I am behind the curve in regards to versions...?  But I'm not a fan of the monthly fee, more Pre11 is fairly robust and of itself!

  In any case that I just found out all the cool things that can be done by using the tool "Flash movie".  However, I don't like the end result of how he puts my video and still images together.  I am trying to find a place that describes how to recreate some of the cool effects that are used in the Flash movie:

  • in the same way, we need a piece of video or a still and splits in viewing screen with 3/4 of the screen the real part and the mirror image opposite (slightly less opaque, to resemble a reflection) down 1/4 to 1/3 of the screen.  As if it was not cold enough, the two elements of the screen Panning across the screen from left to right...!   Very cool.
  • Or how to transition that resembles an array of boxes or a chessboard with each box of clips (in animated videos) and photos which are then analyzed (IE Ken Burns as) and then the camera (as it were) settled on a stage and then it goes to this element in the main screen.  Very cool once again.  This matrix of scenes are somehow 3d - ish as well - in a corner or tilted/biased biased...?
  • Then, he takes clips or photos and plays them biased or tilted with in the shot, with a selected in the background screen color.  Color is the screen and the video plays like an image in a picture on the side or may in fact be floating around on the screen.

  There are a ton of cool effects.  I looked for turorials, but everything I've found are the ones that show me how to set the instant film tool.  I'd really like to see in order to recreate some of these VERY COOL effects on mine and my choice compared to my projects.

  Am I crazy?  Do I need a master's degree in film from USC to achieve or can a hack like me do something cool as well.

  Just an update surgery instant film effects and how they have been implemented...

  1. the reflection effect which is seen in the film about snapshot theme Slideshow/Pan and Zoom...

  "My mirror effect" strives to create the reflection, if I put that in the instant film has been breaking. But looking at how Adobe has revealed that Adobe does not use mirroring to create the reflection. The key to what use it is in the option of the inclination of the simple 3D effect in fx effects/base/Perspective 3D. It uses the original content @ 75% scale, and on the floor below, a copy of the original on the scale. Then apply the simple 3D effect for the double and the inclination value is set and the rest of the options remain at zero. I'll post the what then on it to complete the details soon.

• iTunes digital copy of the film

  I bought Star Wars: The Force Awakens on Blu Ray in April and it came with an iTunes and/or the Google game code to redeem the film. I bought it on iTunes, but I wonder. It is essentially a way to get the legit iTunes version for free, or is it a different version?

  Also I had people telling me that it is not safe to buy digital copies of movies, but I don't know why it wouldn't?

  After reviewing your post, it sounds like you want to know if the redeemed code is an iTunes movie Store and if it is safe.
  I recommend you read this article, it has additional information on the purchase of a code. If you redeem the code in iTunes than it is from the iTunes Store. It is available to be downloaded later as a purchase, so you don't lose your content.
  

  If you choose the later versions, you can download your movie from the iTunes Store: in iTunes, go to the iTunes Store. Select movies from the menu in the upper left corner, then click on purchased under film quick links on the right hand side of the iTunes Store window. Then click on the download icon in the upper right corner of the film. Learn more on download past purchases to iCloud.

• Film vs my photo stream

  I tried to move photos from my iPhone to my iMac.  I connected my iPhone to my iMac.  613 photos to import.  Photos of 613 were in my camera.  I have 974 photos in my iPhone photo stream.  What is the difference between the film and my photo stream.  We should I import to save the photos from my iPhone to my iMac and then transfer them to an external hard drive.  Thanks for your comments and help.

  Camera Roll is home to these photos taken on your iPhone.  Those are the ones that must be imported.

  Photo stream is similar to iCloud photo library and is home to the photos that are already able to share.  They are not necessarily taken on the device that houses.

  This is normal behavior for the iMessage camera?

  I take with the camera full of photos application record very well. I tried to restart, and tips on the web on sharing the pictures of the miniature inside camera without success.

  Thank you for reaching out by Apple Support communities. From your post I see that you have questions about how the camera in the works of app Messages feature, and how you can save the photos take you there. I like to send photos to my friends and my family, and have a copy for me is great. I'd be happy to help you!

  When you use the camera function in the Messages, the pictures you take are not automatically saved to your Photos app. You do not have the ability to save, though - just tap on the photo after you send it, then press the share in the lower-left corner of the screen. In the share menu, click on Save Image. It will download the image in your film or pictures (if use you iCloud photo library).

  I had a time Capsule 2 TB which showered, and I started a new backup (a USB key) by mode Apple drive. It took me a while to return to deal with the old clichés left on my Time Capsule. I found nothing specific online to tell me how to deal with this, so I made a few decisions naïve. I've disabled the Time Machine, renamed my new store backup and copied over the old store backup on the new backup drive time Capsule. Then in a Terminal on the command line, I mvhad snapshot directories in the newly copied backup of the old backup store store renamed folder. NOTE: On this site, I learned about a Time Machine of assistance called bypasscommand, and I needed to use it to move the Flash files in the command line:

  $ sudo mv 2016-09-17-211302 /System/Library/Extensions/TMSafetyNet.kext/Contents/Helpers/bypass.

  .. /.. /Backups.BackupDB/MyMachine /

  At this point, I thought: well, now, I have all my old and new pictures in the active backup store on the local USB drive. Then I turned on the Time Machine, and the first backup failed:

  "An error occurred during the file copying. The problem may be temporary. If the problem persists, use disk utility to repair your backup disk. »

  Then I noticed that Finder shows only most original snapshots while in the Terminal, I see all snapshots using the ls command. All snapshots have the same names in fashion and the owner/group permissions. So, why don't Finder shows all snapshots and why is Time Machine unhappy?

  Given that I can't modify my own * post, here are the corrections and updates of the original:

  I'm the first time I adjust, user.  I bought the God father of movies (3) while I was supervising to watch it on long flights.  I installed it on my PC to travel.  Not that I'm home, can I install the films my big house and on my Android Tablet PC with out having to pay... Please advice.

  You can have up to five computers (i.e. number could even upward) saved on your iTunes account. You can, however, play the movie on your Android tablet.

• Settings for automatic coloring of the information of the film selected in iTunes?

  Before the 12.5.1 updated, iTunes displays the film selected using an algorithm to color text information and text background to complement the art of the poster for the film, and I was wondering if there was a way to get this behavior after the "update".

  It is based in preferences, or maybe a terminal hack?

  I'm a graphic designer in the way and was always amazed at how good the algorithm was. There not sometimes to some album covers, but usually it really improved the browsing experience for me.

  I totally agree and would like to know if there is a way to edit the preferences to get this feature. I'm a designer too and I think the new UX is awkward and annoying. I know it's supposed to be more "readable", but the color more old coordinated circles have a much nicer visual environment that really added to the listening experience. It was the main reason that I went from Apple's music Spotify.

• The film shared iMovie displays noise and horizontal lines where I have added a few pictures

  I've added a few photos at the end of my film (about 7 min long, 4 k, but to 1020), but at the beginning a few black and white lines appear instead of the photo and this also happens with another photo.

  Are you by chance using iMovie 11 (version 9)?  This does not work with still photos under El Capitan, only the last version, 10.1.2.

  I would like to start a new movie without a bundle. How is that done?

  Other films allows this folder as a foundation without having to use everything in the folder as fcpx use as a library package?

  For me, this is a big drawback for a fab app. Where you cannot choose what film project has in its database. I wish I could take stuff 'offline' when I want to and able to link again as needed.

  Not to mention, because the sequences are called projects, it screws up to talk about the 'project' film, so there are a lot of ridiculous workarounds. Irritating.

  I think most of the users work with external supports. You can change where the library stores the media in the library properties.

• Adding a subtitle in a movie made the shift of the film (i.e. causes 2 second rule before title views)

  Whenever I try to add a subtitle in my film, it takes a few seconds for the title to display. Within these two following seconds, my movie made a break and then again when the title is displayed at startup. Any ideas on how to remove this delay if the title appears instantly when I want that it?

  The lag occurs after sharing the movie or only when editing?  If its only when editing it's probably because of your mac not be fast enough to deal with your instructions to change.  It may well also have some active process going on in the background.  It is more likely to occur with video, high resolution and a slow mac.
