  If you don't see any kind of offer for a discounted price as a result of what you have already purchased, then it is not likely a discount offered.  PSE is normally known Photoshop Elements (aka Photoshop Lite)... I expect a discount for a true purchase Photoshop if that's what you mean by PSE.

  Sign in to the iTunes Store using the same Apple ID, you used to buy the album. Go to the shopping section. You should be able to re - download the album from there.

  Sorry - but what do you mean you have an iPad Mini version 9.02? What are your reference when citing 9.02?

  At this point, your best bet is to keep the device up to date. The latest version of iOS is 9.2. It's what you could be upgraded to.

  hiughkhk, I assume you are using windows 7 or newer.

  Navigate to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 - location of the folder in your computer and delete the file named "sniffer" and try to launch the Photoshop CC 2014.

  If you are still having the same problem, please provide newspapers in the event viewer for Photoshop.

• Photoshop does not open after that I upgraded my Windows 10 PC a few months ago and now it won't let me reinstall.

After update from my computer, I need to click on the desktop app to open Photoshop and I would get the hourglass for a few seconds before disappearing, and that's all.   I suggest you try to create the new user account using the command:

  'control userpasswords2' run box or the start search box and then create the new user account.
