Software BlackBerry Backup did not complete

Dear all,

I have a blackberry z10 and I can't use the LINK to the support! I use USB, and when I backup forgetting I get the following error messages:

Backup did not complete

It could be a problem with the device or the connection during backup. Check that the device is turned on and connected.

I'm under 64-bit Windows 8

This happened to me also and I got a library quick text that I didn't need, or created, and it's the same question. Note: The error number right could not be the same, so do not let alone to sway you.

    My backups attempts continue to fail with "Windows backup has not completely managed" and when I click on the 'Options' button, it gives me the details of why and wrote "the disk where your backups are saved doesn't have enough free space.

    I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit installed (a clean install, not upgrade). I'm looking to back up from my boot drive (it's a multiboot machine, this time Vista Ultimate 64 on drive C: and Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit on drive E :).) I have three other drives in this workstation HP xw 8200, two of them are used for backups, that is, "backups (Vista) (d)" and "backups (Windows 7) (f). All discs are 1 TB disks.

    Okay, I realize NOW, the problem is that in Windows 7, when I use the default settings for backup, the utility is trying to establish an Image of TIMES my disk of Vista (c) system and the Windows disk (E :), which of course well exceeds the space that I have on my unique physical backup disk.) I realized this after I chose the option to just an image of the system and it shows the selected physical disks (C: and E :) with NO WAY to deselect the C: Vista drive even if I booted from a disk system/physical separate (Windows 7). This seems to be a very poor interface or inconsistent WRT backup under Windows 7. Vista Ultimate UI for backup did NOT have this behavior (i.e., it ONLY allows me to make an image of the C: drive system, for example, my Vista drive when I boot on Vista).

    • You receive an error code?

    I am trying to install an update to iTunes on my laptop and find the folowing part-way through the installation error:

    "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the set up did not complete as expected. Contact your provider to support personal or package. »

    I got iTunes for 3-4 years now and have always been able to install updates successfully, so don't not sure what is the problem.

    I tried msconfig and changed the boot process, so it includes all of the non-Windows elements, as suggested on the Microsoft Web site, but that has not worked.

    Can anyone help?

    Hi again Steve - I have spent a lot of time on the phone this morning to Dell technical support. the accompaniment of the victim and I did a lot of fiddling around with various options of Windows Mail and I don't know exactly what we were doing, but the issue seems to have resolved itself!     Voice memos are not elements of database and therefore are not part of the backup procedure... see this:

    These databases are what manages the backup process. With some versions of the Desktop software, you could include the content of the memory of the device... so if your voice memos were stored there, then they should thus be included in the backup file... and you had a selective memory of the device only restore to restore (keeping in mind that it will restore ALL the memory of the device not only the voice Notes).

    You can use a drive IPD/BBB, part 3 on your PC... I heard good things about MagicBerry... to analyze your backup file to see exactly what it contains.

    If the files in question are not contained in the IPD/BBB file and were not copied separately (for example, via the mass storage Mode) to the PC, then if they are also cleared from the BB, then files are unfortunately gone for good.

    Overall, my own personal for my weekly Desktop software backup process is to make the backup with the desktop software, but then more, via the mass storage Mode, copy all the contents of my device memory and Media Card on my PC as well... just in case... you never know what might happen. Oh... and I included a manual backup of my BBM contacts to my media card as well.

It did not work so I called just my ISP again and they are sending me a new handset on tomorrow. He told me to back up my phone again and return the handset to the mail. I plugged my blackberry on my computer for backup everything and it gets 1 1 smart card options and does not move. He said then there is a problem with my backup camera. can anyone help?

    Completed the installation of BlackBerry Desktop Software Version 7.0.0.43.

    Well, I finally got back to normal by removing the BlackBerry Desktop Software updated and re - install version 6.1, which is available on the Web from BlackBerry site.

    I'll wait until the next review came out a month before the upgrade again.

    After the 9.2.1 update. When I try to backup to icloud I get. The last backup could not be completed. I have 4.3 GB left on icloud and backup on 300megabites, tried to restore, configured as new restored new ipad ios and the same. Finally, I created a new apple ID and it works, I have the same on my mini ipad apple ID 4 and it works but iphone 5s wil not after the update, it has always worked before so should be a problem with the apple, contacted support ID and they are supposd to return to me, anyone else have this problem and hot to solve , can I save on itunes OK but not icloud

    I read in other threads that it is a known issue with Apple and they are working on fixing. It happened to me also. I'm backup in iTunes in the meantime.
