  Bought the LifeCam VX-800 today. Online and followed the steps in the Quick Start Guide (it turns out it isn't a quick start in all)

  Is not really from Microsoft, a collection of mostly volunteers trying to help out. According to this link (data sheet) there is no 'software' for this device, but it is compatible with various programs.

  I'm upgrading from 2.4 LR LR 5. The software downloaded OK, but when I try to run the Lightroom_5_LS11.exe file nothing happens - no installer, no error message, nothing. I use Windows Vista on my personal system - I have administrator access. Can anyone suggest a solution?

  You can go ahead and make the change. The version of Windows and the Mac version use the same catalog. Your biggest problem could show Lightroom where the images are found on the new computer.

  Now, you need to do is to take note of the serial number of your Lightroom existing. When you install an upgrade on the Mac version you will need your serial number current as well as new to Lightroom 5.

  I bought CS6 Design and Web Premium on January 31, 2014 as a software download card. I got this product for 12 days, but can't download or use. After opening a case with Adobe and receive a serial number to them, I'm still not using my product that I'm still able to download it. I tried everything I can find on any Adobe website without success. I'm VERY VERY frustrated. I had no alternative but for the purchase of this product as a card download software as Adobe do not box versions more. My level of education has been verified, and I got a serial number from Adobe. -Can someone please please tell me where I download it from? It is not that difficult.

  If you go into your applications folder (go > Applications) you have Adobe Reader in there? If you open Adobe Reader, choose file > open are you able to open a pdf file?

• Software download for DCR - SX43 does not work

  I'm fighting for the PMB software for my camera. I've upgraded to a new computer & can't find my original disks of the camera.

  I have a DCR-SX43 camera & run Windows 7-64 bit OS.

  I tried several times to download the exe file which should install PMB on my new computer (SPUDownload Manager_1006b). The file doesn't cause a flicker of the brief screen & nothing seems to be installed when I check my programs list.

  In the end, I want to use the PMB56_Updater1105a.exe file I downloaded also update to the latest version of the software.

  There are other sources for the PMB software that may work properly? Maybe the tech staff could send me a copy of the software PMB I can use for the base install (before the update)?

  There are various circumstances that can hinder and avoiding to be properly downloaded on the Sony Web site. Connection errors and the server can be caused by web browsers, antivirus software or network security and firewall settings, preventing software downloads.
  Try the following steps:
  1 clear the Web browser cache
  2. make sure that any network and firewall security settings are configured to allow the file
  3 reset the default settings of the Web browser.
  4. If necessary, use a different Web browser program.

• My default download folder is on my server at work, so when I'm at home the download window does not open and I can't change my settings to download.

  I tried to reset my default download folder, but it just goes back in the download folder on my server to work that I won't be able to connect to the next month. When I try to select a different download folder, does not have the button "Browse". I also tried to select the option to ask me where to save every time, but nothing appears when I try to record something.

  You can also double-click the preferences that I mentioned in connection: config and manually add a custom - path C:\ for example will be the root folder of your hard disk the new default download location.

  What SW version is running on your game? You said, you have ever tried USB update, but the update is not recognized.
  What do you, to start the update? What format that you use for the USB key?

  What software are you trying to download and where to download them? What OS do you have?
  Can you post a screenshot screen or something else?

  I put t know what internet browser do you use, but I still use Firefox and never had any problems with this browser.
