  There are two settings 'App switching' on the settings/general Panel (wide on the right edge to show the charms, tap the charm of settings, tap "general" in the list).  These are the only settings I know that affect this app bar.

  • Press the space bar. This could get the computer or the keyboard, take off, if that's the problem.
  • Restart your computer. A simple reboot has been known to fix many a thing!
  • Use of memory. Check how much your memory is used in the activity monitor. In the memory usage pourrait cause problems as you see
  • Try to install the WhiteWindowWorkaround.plugin
  • Disable GPU acceleration in Photoshop and revived Photoshop preferences (Edit > Preferences > Performance)
