  Go to-> programs and features Control Panel
  Here are looking for ECO Utility and uninstall this software and restart the laptop

  Then visit the Toshiba UE driver page and look for the ECO utility.
  Download the software and reinstall it.

  TSRI means Intel Rapid Storage Manager. It contains the SATA driver for SATA HDD controller.
  In case this does not work, reinstall it again.

  Can be difficult to have more than one Apple with several e-mails all mixed together.  If an email is used with another Apple ID, for example, that e-mail can be used to create a new Apple ID or rename an old.

  The analysis of what you seem to have however...

  Your purchases are with your *@losmail.no Apple ID, but the emails for this go to your *@gmail.com email address.

  *@gmail.com is the primary e-mail address for your Apple ID *@losmail.no.

  You can connect to iTunes or manage your page ID with *@gmail.com Apple says it's an Apple ID on its own.  As an email address can only be verified for an Apple ID, which means that he must check with your *@losmail.no Apple ID and cannot be verified with *@gmail.com.

  -I need to re tune the tv several times a day to receive a complete list of channels.
  -The guide shows a TNT channel with program information, when a program is selected, I get a message indicating that the channel can not be tuned. However when I touch the channel it displays the string correctly.
  -Program data is not displayed on several channels. Sometimes this can be improved in re-tuning.

  Can I have a TV that is defective, or is it considered normal for this toshiba tv. I have a lot running off the same ariel who doesn't have these problems of adjustment so I know that it's not that older television.

  Any help here then. Just to add insult the YouTube app decided to stop working. This TV keeps guessing you as to what will work on any given day.

  I have a quick look in your message. For the moment I can solve one of your questions. The text of the panelBox header that you use skin:

  Is on the white space, the 'skins/zilprcskin/img/tab-start.gif' image enough width? I use the same selectors (af | panelBox:header - departure: kernel: default af | panelBox:header - Centre: core: by default, af | panelBox:header - end: core: by default) and it works for me (but I'm not using an image, the only background color). Probably you need to change the width of header-early, restricting the scope and the lengthening of the Center header.

  As Simon said, Firebug is very useful to do this :)
