    Check your drive in computer management. Click Start-> run, type &-> compmgmt.msc-> navigate to storage-> disk management.
    On the right side, make sure your external drive-> Rightclick and assign a drive letter.

    Try pressing CTRL + ALT + DELETE and then try to lock the computer and check.

I'm trying to get back into the game, but it doesn't allow me not-screen remains black when I try to turn on or off. so I have to ctrl-alt-del to bring up the Task Manager to stop the game. Then, the computer and the graphics card works fine. I tried to see if the driver for the graphics card needs update but the CV Wizard and windows update tells me that everything is fine. Help?

    Connect the power adapter to the netbook.

    Disconnect from the Internet. Close all running programs. Disable anti-virus and firewall.

    Double-click the Bios update exe file. It may take some time, so it is important to remain patient, not to interrupt the process. Allow the laptop to restart after applying the BIOS update.

    Although this update is running are not:

    • Turn off your laptop,
    • Disconnect the power adapter,
    • try to run any software or do anything thereon.

    Note:

    The Bios update process is always risky. You do this at your own risk.

    Problem solved.  It seems that Finder on a MAC has been frozen / broken so he did not see the drive.

    I uninstalled the external storage drive, created a folder on the desktop and exported all the pictures that I was working on since Lightroom where.

    I closed Lightroom (and upgraded to 5.5), killed the Finder and restarted my laptop.
