However, the only way to solve the problem was to buy a plan. When I refused to purchase the plan, they started the files removed from my spyware in location, despite my asking them to stop - I turned off my computer to stop. I asked them why they did not respect my wishes and they couldn't answer. The person said it had deleted the wrong file and then hung up.  I caused damage to my computer. I can see no longer the same disks and I thought that it had removed the demand of c: Windows drive | INF.  There still a lot of files in this folder (more than 1000) which have been reproduced with an extention. PNF.  Are these files malicious indeed, if yes, what can I do? Also it damage by deleting anything in this area. I ran Malwarebytes and found no errors.

  Or, for a full, clean, go to the - your User\AppData\Local\Temp

  Open the Temp folder and delete anything that can be deleted (impossible to delete the files that are used).

  I searched on Google for months on how to solve the problems highlighted in the CBS logs but got too hypnotized and decided to consult you on how to solve the problems. I forgot to mention also that 11 updates of Windows would not apply via Microsoft Update on both machines and apply them manually in which they worked.

  4 decommissioning intel management engine components driver 11 to 9.5
  5. go to the bios and reset to the default settings
  6 make a shortcut of "shutdown" with codes e.g. shutdown /s /t 0
  7. click Update stop

  IM thinking of reinstalling windows 10 via recovery which removes applications, files, drivers, etc. and hope this solves. I can't roll back to win 8.1 because ive done this reset before you completely clean out my system of win random 8 and trashes the restore option was gone.

  exactly what I had. Stop number appears only after a certain time the laptop running.

  The problem is INTEL MANAGEMENT ENGINE RELATED V.11!

  I fixed it with uninstall Intel Management Engine Version 11. Windows will then install version 9.5 automatically. After that I turned off the automatic update of the driver for this device. You can also install 9.5 without uninstalling the old one, it wil crushed.

  Other manufactures also have this problem, but while Acer is still asleep, they provide a solution (including download links):

  Try a reset...

  It should do.  You use one of the buttons of pen maybe?  Just touching wheels with the pen with no buttons or modifier keys.  Press ENTER to close the selection.

  Personally I never use the lasso, Polygonal, but rather just the Lasso tool by using the ALT (Opt) to operate the Polygonal tool.  I also use the mouse instead of the Tablet for the selection of cutting edge.  It is a little too uncertain where the point will go when hovering the stylus above the image.
