I would not be qualified someone help me? I had the feeling that Dell does not take money from me without explaining the reason.
I called Dell Canada. Dell Canada they would not discuss the issue, saying that they do not sheep servers in the USA and are unwilling to discuss further. If I understand correctly they reside in India and were afraid to discuss the situation.
Unfortunately I promised my client to have Dell server as a host for our project, otherwise I already bought HP Server.

I have version 3.6.13 Firefox and Windows XP. I don't know if I had something off or not? I put Firfox in safe mode to see if it would run faster, and since I'm now getting this message?
There are 2 versions of Adobe Flash:
- the version of the Plugin for Firefox and most other browsers
- the only ActiveX for IE version (see: ActiveX)
- Updated, you need to update as well
You do not have the Plugin version installed for Firefox. Search for "Shockwave Flash" in tools > Modules > Plugins
- Install the Flash plugin to the latest version.
- Download and SAVE to your desktop, so you can find the Setup program later
- If you do not have the current version, click on the "Player Download Center" link on the 'download and information' or 'Download manual installers' below
- Once the download is complete, exit Firefox
- Click on the installer, you just download and install
- Windows 7 and Vista: will need to right click on the installer and choose 'run as administrator '.
- Launch Firefox and recheck your version or up to the download link below to test the installation

- Use Firefox to go to the site above to update the Firefox plugin (will also install the plugin for most other browsers, except IE)

Hello, as stated in the title, I recently bought a one year student membership to Cloud Adobe Creative suite, with the confirmation number provided by email. It's been more than 24 hours, and I still cannot download my purchase. When I click on the download button, the download starts, but is only to between 4 and 30% before stopping. Error messages that are returned are 201 or 1001. 201 refers to the Internet connection which, according to the website of my ISP, is fine. Referring to the 1001 error troubleshooting section offers all first uninstall the desktop app creative cloud and then reinstall it before you run the vacuum cleaner. However, I am unable to uninstall the trial version, only receives a message that uninstalling cannot happen because other applications use. None are open and even a restart does not solve the problem.
Adobe phone service is naturally closed at the time wherever I come home from work, and their chat tool is inactive since purchase. So, I turn on the forums. If someone from Adobe can contact me, or if anyone in the Adobe community has useful advice, it will be greatly appreciated.

I just bought the subscription student and teacher a year ago 10 minutes, and when I open Photoshop and Flash it does not detect that I've already paid for the subscription (trial has already expired). I had a lot of difficulties recently after the installation of the CC 2105 - which I didn't.
I had to darn well all remove, then reinstall and all my settings were lost - despite specifying that I needed.
I have quoted me a page that does not give me the correct information on the CS6 restoration.
Currently, the acrobat program I have is total xxxx and has been for weeks.
I don't have time to continue to try to do things to work as changes to adobe.
Today I planned some time to export a bunch of files with Bridge, however, and here, fuction of export is no longer available in the version I have--well, it's a great way of really & & & & & someone immediately.
What I would like is a simple link to a Web page that allows me to re-download apps CS6. Please don't tell me that these are available in previous via CC versions because they are not.
I don't want the last acrobat and I want to be able to use the bridge in the way I want - I don't want to use photoshop for this purpose.
