  You'd better post in the Windows Live Solution Center-Hotmail like that is dedicated to Windows Live Hotmail.

  If you have not implemented alternative methods to check your Hotmail credentials, I suggest do it after your account is returned.  For more information, see Security Hotmail to protect and recover your account .

  Spammers use other peoples addresses all the time. It's easy. The only thing you could really do is change your address. On the positive side, they usually do this method for a few days and then change the address, then it must stop.

  I want to know if someone happens to live it wrong before and how clear this upward.

  My wife seems to type wrong email address for icloud, it goes back to the time she doesn't remember when. The problem starts when it update its iphone 5 to 10 ios, the "Please sign your icloud account" and it starts to get boring because it keep appearing. I'm trying to help him out to disconnect, but it tells me that finding iphone is on so I need to enter the password that she and I didn't because we did not have this email and I end up blocking her icloud account but the judgment of the warning that appears.   Since 5 days I could not get email to iCloud. It is in the back-end.  Intensified at the Apple Support and they say they have engineers search inside.  I can send emails but not receive them.  My hunch is a kind of corruption of the files from my server-side of the mailbox.

  I have not had such problems you describe, but my only suggestion would be to hold tight.  Do you have another email from a third party, that you can use in the meantime?

  Go to iforgot.apple.com, and change your password immediately. Then I recommend the marketing of two-step verification. This will appleid.apple.com then connection, go to security and turn on validation in two steps. Hope, the one who got in it does nothing.

  You can do none of this, I'm afraid. You can change the email address that is your Apple ID to another address non-Apple, but you cannot change it to your iCloud address (which is an Apple ID itself). And you are unable to use this address iCloud in conjunction with any other Apple ID.
