I downloaded the try free version of Lightroom, 30 days. Already a week later, I received a message that my trial time is over and I need to sign up for the real version. How is it?

Joanne, please remove your current installation of Photoshop Lightroom by using the uninstall program located in the/Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers.
You will then want to download Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.7.1 of Adobe - Lightroom: for Macintosh. The update contains the entire application. Photoshop Lightroom cannot be installed through the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop application and still be allowed with a serial number.

All I wanted to do was save my trial version of Photoshop, and I think that I just paid $9.99 for some BS Clould creative. How to do what I wanted vs pay for something that I didn't? It is impossible to talk to or e-mail to a human being. I just want to have my work in photoshop again like in the demo. Thank you
Photoshop is part of the collection of product called creative cloud. If you pay $9.99 a month, you have the Creative cloud photography Plan, which lets you run Photoshop and Lightroom until you stop paying. So, you could have what you need - check your receipt.
Despite the 'cloud' in the name, the apps run locally.

-Close all Adobe programs
for Windows:
-(Windows) open Task Manager
-close the CClibrary.exe
-launch application
for Mac:
With Photoshop or Illustrator (if on a mac), go to your activity monitor and search for CCLibrary. Click on the X to stop the service, it automatically restarts, and your library should reappear.

I put the date and time on my laptop after installing photoshop.
I uninstalled and reinstalled, but which did not problem.
I called Adobe customer support. They suggested that I connect off creative cloud and try again. It worked. They suggested restoration of windows to a previous state if a disconnection has not worked.

Open the Adobe Creative Cloud application then go to preferences then sign out and then sign back with the same Adobe ID that you used to purchase the subscription photographers, that is to say the same e-mail address and password.
