  Hi all

  I'm desperate for more help please.

  I have an iPhone 6 + 128 GB running iOS 9.3.4. I just noticed in the last few days or all my notes and all but one of my email accounts have disappeared from my device and I can't seem to get back them! I have travelled abroad (in Greece) for the last four weeks and noticed the question while I was there, but decided to remedy this when I got home.

  I think that my notes may have been attached/linked to my iCloud email address (this email has not been used as my Apple ID and has never been), but when I tried to add this in my mail application I get a message that my account has been blocked for security reasons. So I tried to unlocked do so I can add it to my phone again and hopefully recover the missing notes. I have zero luck with that. During the unlocking process, I have the option to do it via e-mail or security issues. Safety issues tell me that I don't even know that my date of birth and e-mail option sends the email to the address iCloud Apple have locked? !!! Quite ridiculous. I'm really perplexed and a little disgusted by flawed how this reset password unlocking process is. Not to mention the possibility of not being able to recover the notes that I lost and they contain a lot of important information! I have a back up on my PC (Windows), but I fear that the use of this will wipe away anything from my phone that was added after I backed up before my trip abroad or other data.

  I am also having a very hard time to add my gmail email accounts in my mail as application his requesting information server etc, that I simply cannot. I've never met before and I have no idea what caused it. SO I would appreciate some help with this please. I really, really need to solve this problem...

  This looks very suspicious to me - as if someone took over your account.  I guess you try to unlock your Apple ID, through the standard process, and, when're asked you your date of birth, told you that it is incorrect.  This probably means that someone else is in your account.  Never share your Apple ID / password with anyone?  Perhaps they have been compromised, especially during your travels abroad?

  What about adding email accounts in gmail, when you click Settings > mail > accounts > add account, simply choose 'Google' as the type of account and all appropriate server information will be provided for you.

• Music library playing a song wrong to iCloud

  I just noticed a strange bug in my iTunes music library to play the wrong version of one of my songs.  Here's the scoop:

  I have the album of Pink Floyd The Wall on my main library that is local to one of my computers.  Because I have iCloud music enabled, which allows my other computers listen to the songs I have in my main library, I am able to listen to The Wall of another Mac.  However, it's playing the wrong version of "Another Brick In The Wall (part 2)," which, on my computer which is streaming the track plays the live version of the track (which I believe is from the album Pulse, which is a horrible post-Roger Waters album).

  In my main music library, which has the original album that I've scanned there nearly 20 years, the length of the track is 04:01. However, when I listen to the song with another Mac, who plays bad live version, the length of the track is 07:07.  Now, if the runtime is the same, then I would chalk up a simple glitch where the Apple servers has confused, in the course of the same artist, even followed by name, same DURATION... but since it's a completely different album and different runtime... real head scratcher for me there.

  Just wanted to put this out there and see if anyone else has had this happens, and if there is some sort of fix.  I have not spent a lot of time to my music from my other computers, so I don't know if it's just an a stop or a bug that assail you my library continuously.

• Why "Rentals" are missing in iCloud drive window?

  I want to add an attachment (document) to an e-mail message. The document is on my iPhone in the app settings Pages > iCloud > iCloud Drive is enabled. I tap on the body of the e-mail message > click on 'Add an attachment' > iCloud readers panel shows nothing. I want to go to another location (Pages) of the document. I thought "Locations" should be at the upper left of the Panel, but it is absent. I thought that I should be able to type "Rentals", select "Pages", and then select the documents to be attached. What Miss me?

  It comes to my iPad, but it works the same way on the iPhone. I do not use iCloud Drive on the phone because he just kept sucking the life out of the battery on the phone and the screen is way to small for me to work in the documents anyway.

• Songs missing from iTunes game

  I recently signed up for iTunes game, once they raised the limit to 100 k. I already had my Apple TV Gen 4 at this stage.

  When I navigate to the 'My music' part the application of music, it shows only about 20% of my library in the list of songs. I tried to close the session and log in to iCloud on Apple TV, but it does not work. Is it possible to get Apple TV to update the songs available in iTunes game / iCloud music library?

  Do you see the most complete music list when you use another device, like an iPhone, iPad or another Mac? If this isn't the case, then the identification process may have gotten stuck.

  Assuming that the matching process has not finished - in iTunes, you can right click (or Ctrl-click, or two-finger click, depending on your pointing device) on a track or a selected group of tracks and choose "Add to itunes game" (I think that's what he said--I'm going from memory).

  iTunes game has been known to sometimes get stuck on a specific track. If you can find one, you can temporarily remove it from your iTunes library and you can finish correspondents in the rest of your music. Looking for something weird (when it happened to me, it was the way that I "recorded" out of a stream by using something like Audio Hijack - it wasn't a piece of ordinary music CD or purchase). Or you can add music to iTunes game jackpots, when we fail, you can subdivide this lot in lots more small etc until reduce you it to the offending track.

  That said, I had a problem the first time I used my Apple TV 4, even if my game library was great at 100%. I don't remember exactly how I solved - but I think that it was just sign out and then sign back (as you did) or restart the Apple TV, maybe both. I suggest try again, but make sure that you give the Apple TV in minutes to 'think' after disconnect you, and even once, when you log in. With a very large library, it may just take some time to complete - and if you rush this step too soon it could possibly cause problems.

• Photos are missing in icloud

  When I connect iCloud, that I don't see the photos that are actually on my iPad, which is old photos that I took and then deleted from the iPad due to lack of space are not there.  I paid additional storage space so that I would be able to store all my photos.  Removing them from the iPad I lose these pictures at all times?

  The library of iCloud is a synchronization service.

  It works as expected. When you delete a photo from your iPad, this deletion is synchronized to iCloud and vice versa.

  the left image shows iphone 6s + setting > iCloud > Photos and the right side is iphone 5. both run new iOS 9.2.1. but it lacks the iPhone 6 s + very important option, which is to toggle the photo library to iCloud. already discuss with apple support and called by them. They me says to reset & restore but lack still of this option. then they told me they will call it me if it were course.

  is there anyone of you knows how to solve this problem?

• When a visitor a sequence Multicam in the Timeline, why isn't the audio video and the song missing?

  I have created several blocking (for various interviewees) sequences and want to hone in on a separate timeline/sequence. All blocking sequences work in monitors when I revisit (angles and main audio), but as soon as I bring the clips in my calendar, I don't get the Green multicam video without any audio track.

  I worked this way before in CC2014, but I may have missed something... Any ideas?

• Buy missing songs from iTunes story (on iPhone)

  I listened to an album I bought, and I noticed that five songs are absent from the album. When I shoot to the top of the album on the iTunes Store on my phone, it shows all the 24 songs, and beside the five missing, it says 'Buy' instead of 'play '. When I go into my purchases in iTunes, it does show that 19 songs. When I select the "not on my iPhone" section, five missing songs aren't there.

  By coincidence, it was an album that I pre-ordered. At the time I placed my pre-order, these five songs were available and downloaded it immediately. When the full album became available, they appear immediately on my iPhone and iTunes on my computer. However, I got copies of each song appears in iTunes on my iMac. I deleted a copy of each song, and everything was going well for a few weeks. But after the updates of iTunes and my iPhone, I tried to listen to the album this morning, I noticed that the songs were missing.

  So today, I opened itunes and about half of my music files were missing. A message came when I tried to click on a song and says that it is impossible to locate the files and the missing files now have an exclamation mark next to them. My iphone 6 has all the music files still on it and I am able to read them. I had happen in the past with one or two songs that have disappeared and I tried to connect my iphone to try and resynchronizing the file of the song, but just itunes erases songs out of my iphone, so I re-download just them, although it is a big problem. But because there are about 400 songs missing I need help to solve this problem. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated thanks!

  Looks like you have an iCloud music library, Subscribe to Match iTunes Apple music (or both).  The first time, you probably delete the local copy of the song file (stored on the storage of your computer).  But the song still in your iCloud library, so it appears in your list of music library with the cloud with the arrow symbol (which you can click to download it again).  You can still play the song streaming from iCloud.  The second time, you delete the song completely within your music to iCloud library.

  You can see the distinction if you right click on a song (which is stored locally) in iTunes.  On the shortcut menu that appears, there are two separate, Remove Download and deletecommands.  Remove Download removes the local copy of the song file, but keeps the song in your music to iCloud library.  Delete deletes the song completely, with a single action.

  You have checked to see if you have hidden tracks of the Cloud: hide and expose the purchases made on the iBooks Store - Apple Support, App Store or iTunes Store ? If they are no longer in the store, or purchased in store from another country, they will not appear in the cloud for redownloading.

  The night last after a call from my mother (his name and picture shown upward when she called) I plugged in my phone and then received a text from her. Only his telephone number appeared.
