  My Sony/Vaio Lap Top is 18 months old.

  I noticed that efficency of battery / life seems to have deteriorated. After 3-4 hours of connection charge to the electric power, the battery never reached 100%, but maximum load is only 80%.

  After that less than 2 hours of use without connecting the power supply, the battery capacity is zero e PC is turned off.

  It is a normal battery performance or is defective and should be replaced by deepening?

  Batteries deteriorate after a year or two and keep the load for shorter and shorter periods. The batteries are generally covered under warranty-not sure how long your warranty is. Most HP laptops have a warranty from 1 to 3 years depending on the model.

  The internal battery is not replaceable by the user. If you can find a local retailer a camera that will do it for you, it would be the easiest way to cope. Otherwise, you will need to send it to a Sony repair centre.

  BTW, you should leave the removable battery of the camera long enough to charge the internal battery, about 2 hours. If you do not leave the battery, you'll get this message to set the date and time.

  Hello. The H-series batteries have been replaced by the series V so look for a NP-FVxx. The voltage may be slightly different from the original battery, but this isn't a problem. The physical difference only is the size of the center of each side of the battery tab then you might want to try before buying just to make sure it fits. I replaced my series H with V series without any problem.

  That's because you didn't install the library share Sony or Sony Firmware Extension parser.

  As a work around you can disable the pop up with the following steps:

  1) click Start

  (2) click on run

  (3) type "MSCONFIG".

  (4) press on enter

  5) click on the Startup tab

  6) scroll down and look for ISButility
  (6) uncheck the box
  7-restart the PC

• Sony Xperia P has battery problem after 4.1.2. Update

  Well, I made some progress with it. The "Exchange" Service unused by my outlook e-mail reader but by the mail client by default when you access my Hotmail account. It seems to keep the phone in a continuous "awake" State which will obviously flow fast enough (tiny) battery.

  The solution is to remove the Hotmail account, and then reconfigure. I also took the opportunity to try another customer, but I don't think that makes the difference. The Exchange Service must return to its normal use and you should also see the phone not being is not in the State 'awake' all the time. This is visible in the form of advanced battery via the power management menu.
