• Creative cloud Packer launch problem - oops something went wrong, please try again

  I have set up a virtual machine running on Windows Server 2012R2.  I used to be able to launch the creative cloud packer but all of a sudden, it shows this error "Oops something has hurt bad, please try again".  I'm trying to remove Packager of creative cloud of OOBE directory and reinstall in return.  It still shows the same error.  Help, please.

  Please navigate to ~/Libraray (the user library) / Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db and delete it. Launch of CCP and try to connect. Please let us know if it worked.

  I keep running into this error when you try to use the CCP.  This occurs when you are trying to connect with our Adobe ID and password.  I tried to remove the opm.db of my AppData folder and the revival of CCP.  I also uninstalled CCP and reinstalled but I still get this same question.  It really happened to a point where I spend more time instead of actually solving the problems with CCP.

  This could result in your proxy environment? The same problem occurs if you try to connect outside your network work (for example at home)?

  Since I upgraded to Firefox 2 or 3 days, get on Facebook is very slow and lazy. Whenever I try to play a game, I get an error message, that something was wrong, please refresh. I refreshed Firefox and checked all my plugins for updates and that did not help at all.

  It is a Windows installation. Research on this error suggests a solution to remove the CCP directory under the local profile, but it did not work. Tried to run the tool on a number of machines as well behind the firewall/proxy and using an unsecured connection, but always fails. Very frustrating. We are a Department Gov and use a subscription to creative cloud teams. That's where I download the last PAC called CCPLauncher, although I also tried the version on the LWS site with same bad results. Any help much appreciated.

  Building a website with Portfolio, using iMac (Yosemite 10.10.5) & Safari (9.0.3)... I get an error message "sorry, something wrong." You will need to refresh the page"& everytime I update my edition is canceled!

  Note I do not have the same issue with Firefox, but prefer to use my Safari browser by default.

  Help!

  

  OK... Since the display I had a thought that the Sophos anti-virus on my iMac can cause the problem, so I went into settings preference of Sophos & added 'myportfolio.com' to the allowed Web sites & since then I have not had a problem in Safari!

  I worked through my portfolio of Prosite Adobe portfolio. It seemed to work fine at first.

  However, in the last few days I started to see this alert at the top of the page in edit mode. Refresh does not seem to solve the problem and alert reappears.

  

  I think it has something to do with Typekit. It seems that the Portfolio does not accept any of my changes when you use Typeset fonts.

  I work with a subscription Cloud full creative and Safari 9.0.3.

  I appreciate any guidance.
