I even downloaded programs to check my system in case something has exceeded my malicious or norton.  Still no luck, so, before I give the floor Sam's club on my guarantee I thought I would check here an answer.

  I bought the new machine a year ago in May of this year (2014), never had any problems with it so far.  I don't not even sound on the pc speakers.  All the power and connects to my speakers work fine.

  Three times now, I put my email notification sound for Facebook pop. It works for awhile but then goes back to "Droid". Do not know why.

  I don't know why this is happening, but I have a possible workaround.  I do not use facebook on my phone, so it's just all the thoughts in my head.

  I'm on a Dell Latitude E6420, and I'm having a problem with my speakers.
