I clicked on "open: for two dates in question: there were six selections: Internet Explorer, Documents, drive E, recipient of the E-Mail." WINRAR and Adobe Reader. In vain.  Thank you very much for helping us with this annoying problem. E-mail address is removed from the privacy *.

  That fall down, and the serial number you provide must identify the previous version that you upgraded because CS6 is an upgraded version in your case.

  Well it's resolved, I guess. After about 3 hours, the software updates-> add the site-> repository for the Blackberry update works. When I installed the components as a result, they appear in the drop-down list. It's a little confusing, because I already tried this at least 5 times and each time before eclipse was a java error when doing this.

  It seems that you have installed Acrobat XI pro as an upgrade and an upgrade you will need a serial number for a product older Acrobat X, etc. 9:

  Also, I checked with your Adobe ID on the forums and I can only locate XI of Acrobat pro upgrade recorded, please check if you have registered an earlier version of Acrobat on some another email to get this serial number.
