I tried to print a separation to film using only the black channel, and it gave me an error saying that nothing prints because there is nothing in this color. So I did some research and discovered that all I've done lately the color of the text was 'Recording' instead of black. Why is this? It is not difficult to change to black, but it's a waste of time that whenever I need to change the default in my document. I don't see a way to change color permanently in the dark. I tried the usual, but nothing will change the default text color. Is it a problem in the new update, or is there something that I can change? I use InDesign forever and Pagemaker before that... I've never had to deal with the color of black text is NOT by default. All this experience? How can I fix it?

  There is a known issue with iOS 9.3 and there is still no specific treatment. The ideas below can help, or they may not. It has been a success among others and no simple way to resolve the situation.  You can judge if you want or you can just wait and see if it fixes itself. The problem is most likely on the end of Apple, which means it is not much end users can do until it is resolved.

  Some have suggested to go to icloud.com, sign in with your apple ID and remove your device from your cloud account, and then try to activate again.

  Others have suggested to simply try to restore the factory via iTunes on your computer settings.

  The restoration works for others once they go to iCloud.com and remove their device.

  Option 4 is just wait and see when Apple can issue a fix.
