• CC of hearing crashes constantly.

  To give as much detail as possible:

  With the help of a laptop running windows 8.1.  I use the latest version of the CC of the hearing.  I have a Mackie MCU Pro for the via USB control surface and a Focusrite 18i20 for my audio interface.  I imported some of the v2 of export OMF files into Logic Audio. Once I import it, I save a file .sesx for the native support hearing.

  After opening, work seems to be fine, but as soon as I try things like adding effects on anything, the application starts to hang and be unable to do anything else than killed by the Task Manager.  The app is still to play the audio if I had opened audio, but its actually not not much else.  I got it during a few minutes editing on a regular basis.  Is it a problem to import OMF?  A problem with the builtin plugins?  I seem to see less crashing if I made the tracks and I'm editing of many titles, (sometimes up to 30 I think that, as it's the music of my group that I mix)

  I was with logic 8, but its not supported on Mavericks more and only partly working, so I'm moving to the hearing.

  Any ideas what could be causing crash constantly?   If I register, then make another change, I was OK, but definitely lost some data.  When it crashes, continue using used to confuse me because it does not by default display of the multitrack session .sesx, instead it showed one of the audio files randomly.  The last time that I had an accident, I realized that and seem to see that it can be save correctly, and I have to select the main session, not the audio file it does default to.  Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can make the application more stable?

• Vs FLAC Wav with CS6

  With native support hearing CS6 FLAC, I plan to change my production workflow to work exclusively with files FLAC.  I'm relatively new to the format, but my dig about showed any effect it would have on my audio quality would be negligible.  Can someone check this or tell me that I'm out of my mind please?

  First of all, under preferences > data uncheck the two prefs "smoothing".  You can turn them back on once the test is completed.

  Now, this could be a bit of work in the real job since hearing use WAV internally for all files generated and stored.  It was me, I'd work with the native WAVs so that I'm actively editing the project, then use the file > export > command Session to check the finished project and convert all files FLAC.

• Touchscreen is perhaps not as big they could hear... for indtance I learned that there is some time apps that you must then support specifically it wont open.

  MY iPhone 6s I received less than a month ago... If I'm on it... who im on it with apps etc... If I leave to go get the mail or even if I fall asleep... the screen fade never go out on its own... my phone will have a battery problem...

If your iPhone is not sleep or turn off the display after sitting unused, you can check that your auto-lock settings (in settings > General > Auto-Lock) has not been set to never, as indicated in the next page of the User Guide:

  iPhone is locked automatically if you don't touch the screen for a minute or two. To adjust the calendar, go to settings > general > Auto-Lock.

• Hearing CC supports the 6 processor?

  Hello, does hearing CC support processor 6? I would buy intel i7 5820 k CPU, I need to know if hearing CC will use all the six processor cores please.

  I'll use it under 10 64-bit windows (or win 7 64 bit).

  In fact, I only work with hearing CC and I need a new PC to complete my project, because my old PC is not powerful enough to deal with. This movie is longer than an hour, hundreds of uncompressed wav, real time effects, many of the tracks, video playback files. So I'm going to buy this new PC with i7 six-core CPU 5820 k. I need only to know if hearing is able to work with all six core CPU, because if it cannot (if she manage fewer core, or as a single threat/core) there is no logic to spend lots of money on a 6 core CPU and I'll put my money.

  As I am aware, hearing may use as many hearts you give - but keep in mind that it uses relatively smarter and you don't really need a lot of hearts for basic use. If using base varies according to what you are doing at the time. Developers can give you more info on this.

  But really, this isn't just carrots that wanting to be disturbing - it is everything. If you want that hearing to work well, then you need to make sure that your hard drives can broadcast effectively - SSD will be one heck of a difference in this, and even hybrids will improve things a lot. Also, you can improve overall performance by "locking" effects of securities so that the system previously handled the effects you have on it (it's Undo-able, so there is no loss of flexibility). And make sure you have a reasonable amount of RAM - 16 GB is quite a good idea here, but I think this is getting a little ridiculous also.

  Oh and if you get a choice, go with Windows 7, no doubt.

  I'm trying to assessment of 30 days of hearing, to see if he's not in my workflow. I'm for the installation point, and the Adobe program manager reported that it does not support case-sensitive Volumes. It tells me to select another volume. However, it is a laptop computer with a disk. Now, I could erase the disk, reformat the drive into 2 partitions, a modern and archaic for Audition play one - and reinstall all the 900 GB + on it, but that would take a few days. I don't want to reformat and partition my drive for a program I am trying simply to try before you buy.

  My time is running out. So, unless there is a reasonable and fairly quick resolution for this I will continue to look for an editor who can work for me.

• 64-bit Halion 3 is not supported in 64-bit compatible hearing 3?

  I see in Audition 3 there is a way to browse your PC for the VST plug-ins to the editing screen, but there is no similar way to go for plugins VSTi installed on your PC from the multitrack display.  I just put together a new PC Windows 7 64-bit and installed Audition 3 and 64-bit Halion 3, but it is a "not supported".  Ouch.  I installed Halion 3 in the same folder as the included 3 VSTi plugins that come with the hearing.  I see Halion 3 appears, but it is "unsupported".

  (1) is there a list of the supported plugins VSTi that will work for Audition 3?

  (2) I noticed that the hearing is installed in my PC program files (x 86), not in the main program files.  Does this mean that the Audition 3 is not natively 64-bit?

  (3) I want to install Halion 3 in the right folder?

  Hi BlueSubaru,

  AA 3 is a 32-bit application.  Try to install the 32 - bit plugin version, if it exists and see if your results are different.

  The AA 3 default folder is/Steinberg Vstplugins.  Unless you have changed the name and the address, it must be the same for you.

  Well, I bought my dv6t quad 6100 cto after this date October 17,2011. Still no support... WHY?

  I'm just a waste? Why does HP not test as they declare computers after October 1?

  I can understand given thresholds, but even third rate companies provide updates driver for the new OS.

  Will there be futher updates or has just abandoned HP customer service.   A laptop obsolete $2000 in the last 12 months?   Amazing. HP service is now a misnomer.

  Application will not work. I have a message to uninstall and reinstall the hearing. When I try to uninstall it I have this message.

  Hi Durin thanks for the answer.

  This problem started when my "crushed" NVIDIA video card causing the computer to start only in safe mode. I bought a new card NVIDIA updated with new drivers, etc.  Afterwords, the computer was working properly.

  All the functions of the computer worked fine including all programs, internet, etc EXCEPT all my Adobe, including Photoshop, After Effects and hearing programs.

  NONE OF THEM would launch and none of them is uninstall.

  None of the Adobe programs are clouds.  I buy them from Adobe (when it was still possible) and disks.

  Cleaning tool would not respond.  I could not even a drop-down list where I could click to act as an administrator.

  I have (I think) solve the problem though.  I used an uninstall program called REVO that seems completely uninstalled all Adobe programs.

  I then reinstalled using disks.  They all launch and open previous projects, even if I did not put the real test yet.

  My concern is that if I try now to one of these programs is added a second computer that Adobe will not recognize I did uninstall first and then re-install, which blocks me from adding a second computer.

  Any comment will be appreciated.

  I bought an Acer monitor for a new computer, it was perfect and it came with everything in the box. I liked so much that next week for another computer, I bought the same monitor. This monitor did not come with a DVI - D cable to connect the monitor to the computer. I talked to tech support and claimed a DVI cable. Everythign is seems to be good, but then when I got it I don't know what they sent me. It was clear to me, they didn't know what I had at all. I contacted customer support again and they told me that it was not in the list of spare parts. Apparently, the solution is that she needs to contact someone else to add to the list of spare parts that will take 2 days and then I have to wait for shipment over 2. So all said and done, I have to wait a good 2 weeks just to get the cable to connect my monitor to the computer. The only reason why I am posting this on the forum is to tell the people in the case where they too get watered a cord and to implement a long struggle. Also complaining because I don't have to leave comments on the support the customer I received. The first time I have delt with them I gave them a decent score, but apparently when they can say I'm angry they won't send you any comment. This experience has really soured me on the Acer brand, and I'll probably never buy an Acer product again.

  I understand that you have a brand new iPhone, but I have some things that we can test first to make sure that nothing hinders the microphones.  Also, you'll want to make sure that 10 iOS is updated, updates may have software patches to improve the functionality of your iPhone.

  Update your iPhone:

  1. Open the settings app.
  2. Settings > general > software update.

  Please also ensure that your carrier settings are also updated:

  1. Make sure that your device is connected to a Wi-Fi or cellular network.
  2. Tap Settings > general > topic. If an update is available, you will see an option to update your carrier settings.
