  I have a RAZR MAXX HD Droid with version 4.1.2. The issue I'm having is the Bluetooth of my helmet (one is a Motorola and one is a Plantronics) keeps dropping out and switch on the handset. He made this constently. Lately, I've tried just switch to speaker phone mode and that ALSO falls back to the handset. The timing is random and I tried to re-pairing of two headsets. The remains of connection bluetooth in tact, it switches just randomly to the headset. Two of these helmets worked perfectly on my old Droid Bionic.   Excellent suggestion! Safe mode turned in fact that it was an application at the origin of the problem. So I worked backwards with the apps I installed check permissions on each.   I see that you have created your backup and it is 102,03 GB and she's ready to put on an external device but you have only 8 GB USB.  When you have connected the USB key, he acknowledged but you don't have to click next because it is grayed out.  This is due to the size of the storage device.

  It does not save on the USB as it is too small to store the files.  I suggest you buy an external hard drive and then save that.  You can get one at most stores or places like Best Buy, Future shop, Wal-Mart or computer any store that would normally sales of computers.  If you have cloud storage that could also save in there.
