• Cannot open first pro because he says drivers are not found. Help!

  I had adobe cs5 first pro on my computer for years now and there are a couple of weeks, it stopped working.  A pop up appears and indicates the following (first adobe has not found any capable video modules.  Please update your video display drivers and try again).  I can not even java to work, or download more than any simple vids or mp3.  My computers says that all updates are underway so, how can I find a driver that is corrupt, outdated or does not work?

  Hey all,.

  I hear the first CC allows you to export a dpx and then build the looks, and instead that export the images of speedgrade, causing an edit lock, the loss of space and time, in transition you can just apply the saved file, look at the clips in PP...

  This is a characteristic of pious and worth much more that I pay for cloud creative lol. The only problem; I have no idea how to proceed.

  Here's what I did.

  Load the clip you wish to correct/in speedgrade color grade.  Once you have the desired look you want, press ctrl + p (mac: Cmd + p) to save the appearance.

  Then right-click on the new look preset that you have just made and select 'Export search' menu will appear.  Select "export".  Save the zip somewhere on your PC

  Open the zip file and extract the. Look file or .cube since the zip.

  Open first, load a project.  Add the 'Lumetri' for the music video of desire.  Lumetri will ask you to find a LUT to add to the clip.  Go to the. Watch extracted or .cube do you leave

  SpeedGrade and now you're done.

  I bought the first Pro and received a confirmation E-mail and downloaded it but when I open it says "trial has expired" so when I log in and try to put the licensed software, it then says cannot find subscription.

• Cannot open my BODY CC project more

  Hello everyone,

  First Pro CC crashed during my work on a big project (TV show) french. When I tried to open my project, first start normally, start opening the project (orange loading bar) and when the orange bar is approximately arround 20% load, the Prime Minister hangs and nothing happened. So I can't open my project more.

  -J' checked my Auto save and they are too old to leave again

  -J' tried to unzip my file corrupt PRPROJ (rename XXX.zip and extract, then add the .xml extension) and open the extracted xml of XML key. Run the tests the integrity of the key XML and everything is ok.

  -J' tried the MAC digital rebellion-"Pro Maintenance Tool" software to repair my project. The software indicates its repair but does not open the new project, exactly like that...

  -J' tried to import the project corrupted in a cache of new one-> start of loading then freeze

  -J' tried to open the corrupted project windows in a Mac version, on a different disk, without media: same problem.

  -I'm analyzing the file deletion in my project file, hoping that PR has left traces of not temporary files when saving my project corrupted before the crash...

  I am completely lost and cannot afford to spend more time trying to get my project. Does anyone have an idea to save my life? ...

  PS: Why my automatic backup are so old? Yesterday... It is configured to save every 15 minutes and keep 20 copies. I have only 5
  

  The project file seems fine. It charge successfully for me.

  So when I just changed, I accidentally deleted half of my video and I didn't know if my saved automatically and don't project could not cancel to retrieve video files. I was hoping that you can open previous versions of your first pro adobe and go to your project before backup automatically 1-2

  There is an auto save the folder that contains the backup car. Choose one of them and see if the deleted video appears again. If you know the time that you actually deleted the images you can refine more reliable automatic backup. Then, once you have it back, resave the file but give it a new name, so you don't get confused.

• How do you export a first pro CC project directly on the disc DVD-R to the point Windows 8.1

  I was helping a friend to produce a video for his mother's funeral using the trial version of first Pro CC.  I want to export it directly to DVD disc, in media encode I choose disc DVD-R to exit and enter a name for the file. I would then export, but it won't burn it directly to disk in a temporary burn folder, I can drag the created file in the drive before it will burn.  I would like to be recognized as a DVD drive and not a data disc.  Can someone advise me please how to do it please that the funeral is at 14:00 today and he currently 4.16 am. I was watching the video tutorials and I'm frustrated.

  Sorry, but you cannot author a dvd-video with the trialversion. You must still CS6 which has no trial.

  Maybe its possible with first elements 13 of the trial, he build a dvd program.

• import the first Pro CC project in AE CC: error

  In first Pro CC, I created a rough cut with nested sequences, text/titles and some footage speedup.
  Now I need to import the data into AE to create the graphics and everything, but whe trying to import the first protrusion in AE, I get the following error:

  "CEAP Premiere Pro Import Plugin: don't loar Premiere Pro project, the version number is incorrect or the file is corrupted (5027: 12).

  Any idea what's going on? I re-recorded the PP file but that did not help

  Just solved by copying all elements in PP on a new project, PP.

  Then the project is important in AE.

  All securities are solid black, it's a disappointment but...

  I just signed up for creative cloud and everything seems to work although I installed it but I can't located the first pro program in the start menu, all programs the list of others that were installed show it... and the AAM program pays first pro has been installed... can someone tell me how to find the program or to reinstall?

• Cannot open my first Pro CS6 projects

  I use Adobe Premiere PRO CS6 about two years. A few days ago, I tried to open a project I createt a year ago but wasn't able to. I still have the error message Premiere Pro has encountered an error.

  When I click to continue the message that the project could not be loaded because its dameged maybe or contains old items.

  So I tried

  -Reinstall Adobe premiere Pro CS6 (deleted all files and settings before)

  -create another user on the computer to be sure this isn't the user's profile

  -installed the first on a virutal machine

  -Open another project of automatic backup

  still the same error

  I created a new project worked for an hour approximately. After the closure of save the project = > next day continued with the work on this file saved once again, one from today this file does also not more same mistake as on the other gall. The old file (recorded after the first day) still works.

  I hope you can help me with this issue in about a month I'll have to do a larger project, and if I'm not sure this first working correct I could lose a lot of time.

• First Pro CC project takes 1 hour to open!

  After a crash of Premiere Pro 7.1 CC, I tried to resume my last project and loading this project took 1 hour to reopen normally. The yellow of the progress bar loading is freezing approximately 30% of full load. 1 hour later, my project is opened without any problem. If I resave the project, leaving the first and re-open my project, it loads in seconds...

  I tried many things before wait time:

  • Kill the first loading, reopen a backup of my project: same problem > loading is very long and seems to be frozen
  • Computer restart and stop then reload project: same problem > loading is very long and seems to be frozen
  • Open the project crashed into another computer (Mac) without the attached media: same problem > loading is very long and seems to be frozen
  • Delete all the media cache folder and empy trash.

  This has happened several times on a big project (lots of media, multi cameras) usually after several action CTRL-Z that are (I think...) too fast.

  My images are clean and on a Raid 0 drive

  It is not really dramatic, but when it occurs if an administrator is close to me, and we spend an hour waiting for a load of simple project... it's really not cool :-/

  Anyone have any idea?

  Since then, it has happened 3 times in two days...

  This bug has been isolated and is fixed in the version that we are currently working. I'm not at all familiar with the bug report, exactly when he discovered, or what is known about the cause.

• Cannot export first Pro CC on Mac - system crashes at 55%

  I have serious problems trying to export a file of 30 minutes.    This just started two days ago.  Before that, I had no problem.  I tried to re - export the file using different codecs, using the button export directly and also the queue button.  When I use the function Export Premiere Pro hangs at 55% - every time (see screenshots). The first .mov file that actually ended up exporting through the queue (encoder) had errors in the audio.  First also has crashed when I tried to re - make the sequence.

  I tried these workaround solutions and then tried to export:

  Uninstalled and reinstalled Premiere Pro - same question

  Uninstalled and reinstalled Media Encoder (it said it installed but with errors of patch)-same question

  Uninstalled all applications using Adobe and reinstalled creative cloud and Premiere Pro and Media Encoder apps - same question

  Updated my OS to Capitan - same question

  Freed space on my Mac drive, and both back up hard drives (have 1 TB now) - same question

  Removed black video in the calendar located in this area of 55% and replaced by a black Uni .jpg file.  Put in/out in this segment and exported without any problem.  Tried to export the entire file, but it crashed to 55%.

  Removed and re-imported, re-edited clips that are found in this general area where it crashes.  Output expected in this segment again and it has exported well.  Tried to export the entire file, but it crashed to 55%.

  Well I think that I understand the question was...

  After trying all the suggestions that still does not work, I went on the project settings and changed the video rendering and playback "software only".  This prompted me to delete all the old files preview which I think is what has been suspended until the export.  Anyway, I could FINALLY render and export the entire sequence.  YAY!  It was also before I updated to the 2015.3 comes out.

  Thanks for your help and I hope this helps others avoid this problem in the future.

  Does anyone know why the project file (.prproj) is therefore more an XML file readable in PP CC?

  In earlier versions, you can open the project file in a text editor and read it as an XML file.

  In CC, it is unreadable garbage.

  Is there a way to decode, or is Adobe now scrambling to project for a reason?
